I was particularly impressed with the marketing – the photography, virtual tour, drone shots and brochure were excellent and really brought the property to life. The whole process of getting the property listed was also very smooth and easy to manage online.<br><br>The sale itself ended up being a long and sometimes challenging process, but Jackie, Harry and the rest of the team were consistently helpful, responsive and proactive throughout. Harry in particular was great at keeping me updated and pushing things forward right until completion.<br><br>Really grateful for all their help and very happy to have got the sale over the line. I’d happily recommend the team.

Our home was treated with total respect and getting our sale over the line was something they paid full attention to. Richard was great in setting it all up, and Jordan, Sonya and the rest of the staff there, including Saturday lady Kate all played big parts. All managed so well by Matthew in the office, who knew how to manage my nerves! Highly recommended.

He has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, right from the very beginning.<br><br>Arun has always been quick to communicate, clear in his explanations and genuinely personable. Miss Esther Macedru in particular, resolved issues quickly and ensured a speedy return of the deposit. The landlord was also great to deal with. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home
28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Outstanding service from the whole Kearns team (Jason, Jack, Inshaal & Louis)<br><br>I cannot recommend Kearns Estate Agents in West Drayton highly enough. My property was listed with them for around two months and during that time I received five offers.<br><br>What really stood out was the quality of the buyers they brought through the door. Buyers were properly vetted before viewings, so I never felt that my time was being wasted. Communication was brilliant throughout, with a call and feedback after every viewing.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Inshaal, who conducted most of my viewings. Pretty much every buyer she brought to the property made an offer, so she definitely became my lucky charm! ??????<br><br>Jack and Louis were also amazing. Everyone added a personal touch and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the process. The whole team took the time to understand what I needed and, importantly, not once did they try to encourage me to lower my price, which was very different from my experience with other agents.<br><br>Kearns did an incredible job of understanding both the selling points and the value of my property, and they worked hard to bring serious potential buyers through the door.<br>Finally, a huge thank you to Jason.
