We felt we had made the right choice as soon as we met Laura and Tara for the first time, and we weren't wrong - would thoroughly recommend them. Superb!

At every stage from viewings, to sale negotiations to completion, Richard and the team did an amazing job and were very professional. Even when the solicitors and other parties in the chain were dragging their feet with constant delays, it was always Richard chasing them all up. Highly recommended Frost.

5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies in Uxbridge. If you are considering renting from them, don't! They will sell you lies until the moment you sign the agreement, after that they stop responding to emails or requests for help. The property was let to me with a long list of issues; broken window, filthy carpets and mould throughout the property. Despite repeatedly reporting these, nothing was ever done. Every complaint was ignored. To make matters worse, they then deducted from my deposit to supposedly cover the cost of the repairs and cleaning that was already present when I moved in. From the manager David to the property manager Gabriel, the staff are unprofessional, incompetent and completely insensitive to tenants. At one point they even tried to bribe me to remove my review. They are like scammers, save yourself the stress, time and money. Avoid this agency and rent somewhere else.

Communication was clear and he always kept me updated. I appreciate the effort in helping me secure the property and would definitely recommend them.
3rd Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Aviod!!!!! Checkin all good, but the property management team is useless. We had a moulding dishwasher and takes weeks to get it fixed (by us contacting the provider). They will try anything to grab your deposit , we are disputing on DPS

When I was setting up my small home baking business, they were supportive and made the process straightforward, which I really appreciated. A genuinely helpful and approachable team — I would highly recommend them.

He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident in every decision. They helped me sell my property with ease and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’d especially like to give a mention to Melroy, who was my eyes and ears while I was away from the property. His support and communication were greatly appreciated
16th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I have used Kurt Gonzales previously to sell a family home, I was very impressed with his efficiency and friendlly attitude that I used him again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

Charlotte has always been super accommodating, professional and caring in her approach. Her outstanding performance left me wanting to come back to have an agent who really is doing her best to help and delivering her promises. Thank you once again. That positive experience is the reason I returned. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. I made an offer on a property and, although the offer was accepted, the manager, Alex, showed no real interest in selling and was very rude and dismissive throughout the process. Due to this unprofessional attitude and poor communication, I decided to pull out of the purchase. It’s very disappointing to see such a drastic decline in service compared to my previous experience

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
