From responding to emails almost immediately to arranging viewings at short notice and taking the time to understand our requirements, both have been extremely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we were naturally a little apprehensive about how everything would turn out and whether we would be able to find the right property within our budget. We are very happy to have found a good property in a great location and, importantly, within our budget.<br><br>We are grateful for all their support so far and are looking forward to the rest of the process being as smooth and easy as it has been to date.

8th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)We sold our apartment in Hanwell through Doyles within a couple of weeks of instructing them, after being listed with another agent for close to 4-months. Doyles provided a realistic valuation on our property, backed by evidence of comparable sales in the area - rather than valuing at an unrealistic price to win our listing. Our experience with Monika and Margaret was excellent - with both being extremely professional and responsive, and really helping to push the sale through the solicitors, to completion. I'd highly recommend Doyles.
4th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I found Raul and Emily at rentals very helpful and friendly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.

He has constantly kept me up to date with what is happening and liaised with all parties on both sides through out the process . Even though I lost my first buyer due to their buyer pulling out. Jakub continued to be the top person in all communication. Jakub is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in accessible terms, He lead my through every step of the way. I am so pleased I went with Jakub, he was with me throughout the journey of selling and so charming to communicate with at all times, even when it was bad news. Jakub sold both my neighbours flats at the same time and work relentlessly to achieve the best outcome for everyone. I highly recommend Jakub and Saba way of working with clients. The Hank you so much for everything. I will always recommend your team. I cannot thank you enough.

What stood out most was not just the speed of communication, but the willingness to listen and understand things from the client’s perspective. Throughout the process, I had quite a few detailed requests and questions, some of which were not straightforward at all, but Raghuvir was always patient, helpful, and willing to find answers.<br><br>It’s not often that you come across someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy. At no point did I feel that my concerns were being brushed aside or treated as an inconvenience. Instead, Raghuvir consistently made an effort to understand what I was trying to achieve and helped move things forward effectively.<br><br>To be honest, this level of service already exceeds what I would normally expect from an estate agent. 11th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Disgraceful conduct, bad faith tactics, and zero accountability — Foxtons Harrow.<br><br>Foxtons Harrow cost us significant time, money, and a genuine property opportunity through deceitful games. After inviting us to view a property that was effectively off the market, it became painfully obvious our appointment was staged solely to use us as leverage to squeeze a higher offer out of an existing buyer.<br><br>We travelled over 150 miles (a two-hour drive) in good faith to attend this viewing. We promptly submitted a significantly higher offer, only to be met with total radio silence. Worst of all, being strung along and waiting on them wasted critical days during an active search—directly causing us to lose out on another property we were ready to secure.<br><br>Over the following days, we called repeatedly across multiple numbers to reach both the Branch Manager, Hex, and the agent, Saugat. Neither bothered to return a single call or provide the courtesy of an update. Ghosting serious buyers after dragging them across the country and blowing up their other buying options is peak unprofessionalism.<br><br>Advice to prospective buyers and sellers:<br>Bad-faith tactics: They are willing to stage deceptive viewings and exploit serious buyers just to manufacture artificial bidding pressure.<br><br>- Costly delays: Their radio silence doesn't just waste an afternoon—it causes you to miss critical windows on genuine properties elsewhere.<br>- Unjustified fees: Foxtons charges among the highest commission rates on the high street, but the service at this branch does not warrant even 1% of it.<br>- Zero accountability: Once they extract the leverage they need, communication evaporates entirely.<br><br>If you are a serious person looking to deal with your property, my sincere request is to avoid them entirely. Take your business to an independent, reputable high-street estate agent who takes ownership of communication, respects your time, and operates with basic professional integrity.- 8th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)We didn’t manage to find a property with Foxtons at the end but Abbi deserves a review!<br>Honestly, she has been amazing since the very first interaction. She would reply to emails quickly, give follow up calls and even took me to the viewings with the Foxtons car to make sure I wouldn’t miss out and make the most of our available time. She has such good energy and absolutely love her professionalism but relaxed approach at the same time. The team at Ealing is really lucky to have her! Thank you Abbi once again :)
