5th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Appalling handling of tenancy deposit — avoid We vacated our property at Masters Court, Harrow on 30 January 2026 in good condition, and over a month later we have still not received our deposit back. The handling of this entire process by Connells has been deeply disappointing. Despite sending multiple emails and attempting to call numerous times, we have received nothing but vague responses saying they are "still liaising with the former landlord." No clear timeline, no transparency, and no accountability. Phone calls have gone unanswered, and no direct contact number has been provided despite requests. The items flagged in the checkout report are standard fair wear and tear under TDS guidelines — minor wall marks, limescale build-up typical of Harrow's hard water, None of these justify withholding our deposit. To make matters worse, wife is 24 weeks pregnant, and the unnecessary financial stress caused by this prolonged delay has had a real impact on her mental health and wellbeing. This is completely unacceptable. We have now raised a formal dispute through the tenancy deposit scheme, which should never have been necessary. We have never experienced such poor deposit handling with any previous letting agency. If you are a prospective tenant — be warned. We would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Daniels Estate Agency, thanks in large part to my agent, Josef Castro From the very beginning, he was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, making the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Josef Castro was always quick to respond to any questions I had and ensured that everything related to my rental was handled efficiently. His communication was clear and consistent, which made a big difference. During the property viewing, he was professional, well-prepared, and thorough. He took the time to provide all the necessary information and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I’m very happy with how smoothly everything went, and I would highly recommend both Josef Castro and Daniels Estate Agency to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

They are a professional estate agency that keep you informed of the sale and also buying a property. Nathalia and Jason were great and very professional. Well recommended.

Earlier this year, they helped me found a lovely house on the same street!! I am super grateful for their work. Jo is a wonderful lady at GG, she is super responsive and always provides insightful advices.

20th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! The property was handed over in an uninhabitable state - unsanitary, unclean, with waste left in the toilet. It took two weeks to resolve even partly. When raised, they declined responsibility citing a let-only arrangement. Draw your own conclusions about their due diligence

From the very first conversation they understood how urgent the sale was — we needed to sell Mum’s house quickly to cover her care home fees. Shannon and Hussain were absolutely brilliant throughout. He was very personable , understood what we liked and helped arranging viewings in a very efficient way sometimes even at last minute . His communication was also excellent . Would 100% recommend him for anyone looking in the Harrow area!- 22nd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Avoid Foxtons Ealing. When my original landlord lost the property due to unpaid loans and a new landlord took over, the branch was completely unhelpful. I was given poor guidance and left to deal with the situation myself. To make matters worse, after moving out I’ve been unable to recover my deposit, even though it was paid to Foxtons in the first place. There was no proper support, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Been a couple of months and I can’t get my deposit back and no response from Foxtons apart from keep paying the landlord who doesn’t own the place anymore? Thankfully the new landlord was helpful but I still can’t get my deposit from the original landlord. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
