We then decided to sell our property and Jason on the sales side was equally as helpful in progressing our sale. If anyone is looking at letting or selling their property we would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Our family home in Alperton since 1982 will never be forgotten. Images of a couple of the spaces and the nearby Grand Union Canal.
23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Highly unprofessional service from Lawrence Rand. They keep you in the dark about the status of your property transaction, providing little to no updates or transparency about how things are progressing behind the scenes.
You expect your agent to represent your interests and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Unfortunately, my experience with Lawrence Rand has been the complete opposite. They seem to make things unnecessarily difficult at every step of the way.
Their communication is extremely poor, and the lack of proactive updates leaves customers constantly guessing about the progress of their transaction. As a customer, you should not have to chase your agent for basic information or be left wondering what is happening.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Lawrence Rand for property-related services. There is a clear lack of communication, transparency, and customer focus.

19th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)From the start, City Deals have been extremely helpful and proactive. Antony was really kind and supportive and made me feel at ease, especially during such a stressful time trying to find housing in London.
Throughout the process, he kept me informed and communicated everything that needed to be addressed to ensure everything ran efficiently and smoothly. Nothing felt forced or like a “quick sale”, unlike previous experiences that have made me feel uncomfortable. I really appreciated the patience, professionalism and support he provided throughout.
Towards the end of the process, Salva was also on hand to assist with finalising my move and was very helpful, polite and professional.
I would highly recommend City Deals for their Expertise, support, and services.
Thanks again to Antony, Salva and the team for making what could have been a very stressful experience much easier ?

4th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)I found Raul and Emily at rentals very helpful and friendly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.

They made promises of help and support, encouraged funds to be transferred instantly, and then jumped to referencing stage without consent by force leading my family and children to loss. I feel misled by their team made and the way the process was handled. Please be careful, get everything in writing, and understand their trap before paying any money.

Andy Hoad is tremendously competent and worked hard to keep our entire chain on track. He knows the area so well and his experience was invaluable. Buying property is always stressful and being a first time buyer made it especially so, but Andy was always there to explain the process and what the next steps were. My partner and I are so grateful to have had him working with us and strongly recommend him to anyone else looking in this area!
