21st Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I have been with Bennett Holmes for for around 3 years. I can not express the relief that I feel to have them as my managing agents. I have found them to be utterly reliable and extremely professional. They treat tenants and landlords with respect, they are responsive and give excellent advice. They are fully conversant with all regulations and you can rest assured when you instruct them. I have rented property for years and I can truly say that they are the only agent that have delivered. I have found that they have not only delivered but also have also gone beyond. An issue arose that meant that I needed to get paperwork from my previous agent. I had been with Bennett Holmes for a year and was already signed sealed and delivered. There was no benefit to Bennett Holmes for helping me obtain this but they managed to obtain everything that I required. There was a period this summer where my property was undergoing a refurb so they were not contractually obliged to assist me in anyway but they did continue to do so and again at great effort and without complaint. They are also all warm people and that makes them nice to deal with. Huge shout out to Stacey and Jason, they really are the best.
1st Nov 2026 (5 days ago)I found my experience with this estate agent extremely disappointing. I felt the service was dishonest and unreliable, with a lack of transparency and professionalism throughout.
The property I was shown was in a very poor state, left filthy by the previous tenants, and certainly not presented to an acceptable standard. On top of this, I felt the asking price was considerably overpriced given the condition of the house.

21st Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We let our property with Evans and Co for many years. Our contacts were Joanna K and Joanna C. They were absolutely brilliant. Always efficient and extremely helpful. We then decided to sell our property and Jason on the sales side was equally as helpful in progressing our sale. If anyone is looking at letting or selling their property we would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They are good until you get the flat. After that they dont care.
The dont fix issues in the flat. They all lie and cover each other in the office. They would send emails and dont put who sending the emails, so when you to the office to see them face to face, they pretend they dont know who sent it, or blame each other when the person is not in office.
I lost my deposit because i had to move before ghe contract ended. I moved because the flat was “unliveable” in. The flat was getting mould, because of poor heating. There was 1heater in the whole flat. All the way by the door. I struggled with them for months, back and forth with emails, back and forth to the office. Nothing. They wouldnt fix the heating. They wouldnt clean the mould. I had to pay the clean the mould myself many times, which it would return because the heating was bad. When the neighbours saw me struggling, thymey explained that they always rent the flat in summer when the place is good, and when winter comes, there is issues with mould. I lost my deposit. I lost all my furniture. I lost most of my personal items.
I still have emails with dates and photos with dates, if they want to say im lying. I wouldnt let my worst enemy use that agency!

Arun has always been quick to communicate, clear in his explanations and genuinely personable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always on hand to answer questions and keep me updated.

He had a constant smile, a positive attitude and was very kind and patient. He took his time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions and never made us feel rushed. He gave us his full attention and made sure we felt comfortable and well informed.
His excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you for making the viewing such a pleasant experience. Highly appreciated and definitely a great representative of your company!

She is extremely kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely excellent at what she does. Talking to Claire is honestly a breath of fresh air — communication with her is always clear, reassuring, and effortless.
She handles everything with great care and professionalism, and I always feel that the property is in very capable hands. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and consistently does her job to an exceptionally high standard.
I couldn't recommend Claire highly enough.

They made promises of help and support, encouraged funds to be transferred instantly, and then jumped to referencing stage without consent by force leading my family and children to loss. I feel misled by their team made and the way the process was handled. Please be careful, get everything in writing, and understand their trap before paying any money.

I cannot recommend Kearns Estate Agents in West Drayton highly enough. My property was listed with them for around two months and during that time I received five offers.
What really stood out was the quality of the buyers they brought through the door. Buyers were properly vetted before viewings, so I never felt that my time was being wasted. Communication was brilliant throughout, with a call and feedback after every viewing.
A special mention has to go to Inshaal, who conducted most of my viewings. Pretty much every buyer she brought to the property made an offer, so she definitely became my lucky charm! ??????
Jack and Louis were also amazing. Everyone added a personal touch and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the process. The whole team took the time to understand what I needed and, importantly, not once did they try to encourage me to lower my price, which was very different from my experience with other agents.
Kearns did an incredible job of understanding both the selling points and the value of my property, and they worked hard to bring serious potential buyers through the door.
Finally, a huge thank you to Jason. He was fantastic throughout, offering different perspectives based on his experience, giving honest advice and, most importantly, making me feel valued as a client.
I have been incredibly impressed with the whole Kearns team. Their communication, professionalism, personal approach and commitment were outstanding.
