We have now just sold our house, again with Sophie as our agent and she has been absolutely exemplary in managing everything and everyone, with great support from Andreia!<br>If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agents in the area I would definitely recommend Bennett Holmes and Sophie in particular.

They have always been friendly, professional, helpful and responsive throughout the management of my property. Communication has been clear and any queries or issues have been dealt with efficiently.<br><br>I really appreciate all the support and assistance I’ve received from Rebekah and the team over the years. Called to book a viewing for a property and the way he spoke was not nice, he spoke some sort of urgency and didn’t even properly listen to my query. I could not even book a viewing to see a property because my deposit wasn't a “high deposit”. Do you only allow people to view a property based in their deposit?? Awful customer service

29th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

Doyles provided a realistic valuation on our property, backed by evidence of comparable sales in the area - rather than valuing at an unrealistic price to win our listing. Our experience with Monika and Margaret was excellent - with both being extremely professional and responsive, and really helping to push the sale through the solicitors, to completion. I'd highly recommend Doyles.

He has constantly kept me up to date with what is happening and liaised with all parties on both sides through out the process . Even though I lost my first buyer due to their buyer pulling out. Jakub continued to be the top person in all communication. Jakub is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in accessible terms, He lead my through every step of the way. I am so pleased I went with Jakub, he was with me throughout the journey of selling and so charming to communicate with at all times, even when it was bad news. Jakub sold both my neighbours flats at the same time and work relentlessly to achieve the best outcome for everyone. I highly recommend Jakub and Saba way of working with clients. The Hank you so much for everything. I will always recommend your team. I cannot thank you enough.

Everything was handled quickly and they kept me updated whenever needed. No issues at all and the whole process was pretty smooth. Would definitely recommend them.
18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

29th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)A relative recommended All Day & Millar to me after their good experience and knowing we had been struggling to find a buyer for my mum’s house. Jake from Uxbridge branch had initial discussion with me and met me at my mum’s house and gave me confidence that there were buyers out there for our property. He put me in contact with Umar at Hayes branch who provided great support throughout process. He advised on best price to pitch at sharing comparables and was confident he could get people through the door. And he did and kept me on informed! This is where All Day & Millar differ versus other agents in the area. Umar kept me informed every week giving me updates and ensuring he was reaching out to their client base and would put our property in front of them. When things were quieting down he always had recommendations of what to do next. Far more proactive and consistently so than I had experienced with others agents. I can’t emphasise the importance of keeping sellers informed and updated and a feeling that something can be done. This is what Umar delivered on. Umar and his colleagues were always professional and well presented at viewings and helped prospective buyers with their questions. We ended up with a few offers eventually and one we were willing to<br>accept. Umar then handed over the reigns to Sophie at Uxbridge branch who diligently supported us through the various requirements raised by our buyers solicitors and interacted promptly with both sides of the transaction. Whenever I had questions or wanted updates I was able to reach out to Sophie. All in all a very positive experience and we thank Umar and Sophie and wider All Day and Millar team for getting us over the line.
