I was kept fully informed but didn’t need to get involved in the viewings. I received a useful summary of the various interested parties, and professional advice from which I made an informed decision.

16th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’ve recently moved out after being a tenant with Ashcroft & Guest for 6 years, and I honestly can’t thank Tracy and the whole team enough for all their help over the years. They have always been so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful whenever I needed anything. Tracy in particular has been amazing throughout — professional, kind and always quick to help with any issues or questions. It’s actually quite sad saying goodbye after so long! I would 100% recommend Ashcroft & Guest to anyone looking to rent through an estate agents that really cares about their tenants. Thank you all again for everything ??????

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

Very professional service offered that comes across personalised, they capture every piece of detail so your property can be showcased on all digital platforms. From hosting viewings to relaying feedback pretty much as it arrives, the communication and service throughout has truely been amazing. We are being kept in the loop at every step of the process.

17th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Dreadful agent (Andy Backhouse) that seems to struggle to sell properties even in the middle of a boom. Lacks professionalism and / or the basic ability to return calls or emails in less than a week. If you're thinking of selling your property, avoid these or at least this agent. There are plenty more competent, and proactive agents out there.
