From the very start Jamie Downs gave great confidence in how to market and value our property to suit our needs. All the viewings agents were polite, knowledgeable and professional.<br>Paul was above and beyond in finding our buyer and negotiating the sale with money can’t buy knowledge and wisdom.<br>Last but not least was Jack who progressed the sale and kept everyone on their toes and made sure all the stars aligned for a smooth fast completion. Great work Foxtons Watford and all the team. Very very happy and highly recommend. Steve & Alison
18th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I've been blown away by this fabulous company from the initial valuation to completion. Madison came out took all the photos and property was listed quickly on Rightmove. Photos were fab. I I was lucky that my proerty sold quickly. Then came Jake who dealt with things once a sale was agreed He was just a SUPER STAR. Chasing all parties, daily updates. He was the one who kept me updated at all.times. He was always very professional and such a lovely kind person. I would highly recommend this company and.wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Why pay thousands.of.pounds when we have this fantastic company on our doorsteps, at a fraction of the price.

We had a very complexed sales process for two student properties which required a lot of time and effort due to the new Article 4 Regulations.<br>Kerrie McMullan was our agent and she was outstanding from start to finish. Always answered our calls emails and constantly reassured us. I am pleased to say the sales completed yesterday and we couldn’t of done it without her ?????? thank you Kerrie
15th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)This company took over the running of my apartment 2 years into my tenancy. They failed to carry out any maintenance of issues that I reported to them, beyond sending somebody out to look at it and make a note of it. However, they also managed to bump up my rent 3 times in the 3 years of them taking over my tenancy, before telling me that the apartment was now going up for sale. Of course, they then decided to with hold £540 of my deposit, for apparent 'Cleaning'. Yet 24 hours afterwards they had sent work men to completely rip up the floor, repaint the walls in a new colour, and rip out all of the unites. So, I feel like I have been charged for the refurbishment of the apartment as to increase it's likelihood of selling . As the apartment was left in exactly the same state as I found it, bar the few items I failed to move out. Good luck selling the apartment because Soho has extended right under the flat and thus the entire apartment vibrates at night. While every other week there's sewage dripping through the ceiling into both the corridor outside, and the apartment itself.

18th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Buyers Beware!<br>We have offered asking price for several properties with this agent, each time they come back rejected and advised the seller wants a higher amount.<br><br>It is undoubtedly clear this agent is bidding buyers against each other in order to raise their commission.
12th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Absolutely outstanding Estate Agents, from initial contact through to moving in to my new home.<br>They endeavoured to make everything run as it should be.<br><br>Winston ?????? a very highly trained service dog told me all I needed to know about the staff within minutes of visiting the Stockton Heath branch.<br>He wasn't wrong either 100% friendly, polite and exceptionally honest and professional.<br><br>After months of dealing with lots of various other agents, coming across the team at Mark Anthony Estate agents was very refreshing. Not only did they hear what I said however they listened too.<br><br>After an initial clients needs analysis re my requirements i was very quickly put in touch with what seemed to be the ideal home for myself and Winston ??????.<br><br>After the one and only viewing i immediately thought i can see myself living here.<br>3.5 months later I'm here in my new home settling in and getting unpacked / organised after 2 very hot draining days (the worst time to move apart from rain I.M.O).<br><br>The team worked very closely with everyone involved including regular updates to my solicitor, that in itself was extremely helpful.<br>I honestly don't believe after our initial point of contact I had to call them once !!<br><br>They only got in touch with myself when they needed to making the whole process stressfree and a very easy pleasant one.<br><br>I honestly can't recommend or thank the Stockton Heath team enough.<br>For me this is exactly what an estate agent should look like, they certainly set the standard leading by example in the Warrington area.<br><br>I had other estate agents sending me to view properties coming up with reasons why I should view them rather than listening to my needs in the first place.<br>The amount of other properties I viewed and the time wasted was in itself a gruelling affair, often leaving myself frustrated and annoyed.<br><br>As mentioned these were the complete opposite more interested in finding the right property for their clients rather then getting viewings done for all the wrong reasons.<br><br>10/10 from me, I have no hesitation recommending them to clients looking for properties to buy.<br>I can't comment re selling as I moved from out of area.<br>That said there is no doubt in my mind that these would be the ones to use, connecting real buyers with sellers.<br><br>Thanks to all the team,<br><br>Andrew and Winston ?????? ??????????????????

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!- 24th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)My first time for this and I couldn't wish for a better service. Above and beyond. All the staff are great but Colette has been amazing, her attentiveness, organisation and communication has been second to none. Highly recommendable.

23rd Jul 2026 (19 days ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

3rd Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)I live in a highly desirable area and only had 1 viewing in 10 weeks. Communication was non existent unless I chased them for it. No feedback from the viewing either. I have now left them and gone with another agent. But feel like it was 10 weeks wasted and buyers may now think there is a problem with the house

17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

23rd Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Andy at Home Smart has held our hand from initial enquiry about putting our house on the market to purchasing our next house. As fairly new to the house buying process (other than buying off a builder) I was nervous about the whole process. With Andy (and his colleagues) I need not to have been.<br><br>When our house was valued by Andy he came and checked through our house and gave us a realistic number we could obtain. A yes man he is not, but you purchase expertise for a reason. Our house sold for less than the advertised amount, but Andy helped guide us through the whole process end to end and actually we look to make the same saving on our onward purchase that we lost out on at our own, giving a nil effect, thanks to his hand holding (even checking in on us whilst on holiday!!) and advice given on negotiating a purchase price.<br><br>Genuinely interested in your progression and can’t do enough for you!<br><br>Thanks Andy!
