15th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)The place had mould, which was just painted over.<br>We were told to (leave windows open)<br><br>These pictures were from our daughters room<br>When we left the guy who did the work before...said it was the same 15 years on, and nobody should of been allowed in<br><br>Now to the propery agent Angela.<br><br>She walked in without notice, while my wife and daughter were in bed<br><br>And upon us needing our deposit, seemed to drag her heels<br><br>Telling us many times it was released (i have email proof)<br><br>Then upon chasing and chasing, we found out she only released on the 14th of sept...we left on the 1st!!<br><br>And it is the 15th...and guess what, been told to wait ANOTHER 5-7 days!!<br><br>Also the deposit scheme is "my deposits" with who i rang to chase.<br><br>And Angela said it was not even with them.<br><br>So she was unable to even do her job!!
18th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I've been blown away by this fabulous company from the initial valuation to completion. Madison came out took all the photos and property was listed quickly on Rightmove. Photos were fab. I I was lucky that my proerty sold quickly. Then came Jake who dealt with things once a sale was agreed He was just a SUPER STAR. Chasing all parties, daily updates. He was the one who kept me updated at all.times. He was always very professional and such a lovely kind person. I would highly recommend this company and.wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Why pay thousands.of.pounds when we have this fantastic company on our doorsteps, at a fraction of the price.

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!
29th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I would highly recommend Brooks Estate and Letting Agents, Prescot. Selling my late sister’s property while living abroad seemed like a massive, stressful challenge for me but Brooks made the entire process much easier. After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. I am so grateful, as they made what seemed like a difficult situation much easier than expected.

I’d give 10 stars if there were. Highly recommend ?
26th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Really positive experience with Belvoir Prescot from viewing the property through to getting everything sorted for moving in.<br><br>James showed us around the property and was friendly, helpful and happy to answer our questions during the viewing. Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

3rd Jun 2026 (16 weeks ago)I live in a highly desirable area and only had 1 viewing in 10 weeks. Communication was non existent unless I chased them for it. No feedback from the viewing either. I have now left them and gone with another agent. But feel like it was 10 weeks wasted and buyers may now think there is a problem with the house

Any issues I’ve raised regarding the property have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’d especially like to mention Andy, who has been my main point of contact throughout my time here. He has always been helpful, responsive and made sure any problems were sorted straight away. I’ve had a really positive experience and would happily recommend the agency.
