9th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)After experiencing some issues with our previous estate agent I was recommended to use Foxtons to sell a retirement flat in Watford, and it was definitely a great decision as their customer service has been exceptional, communication proactive and their focus and dedication to get the flat a buyer and then to assist with the selling process made my life much easier, so a big thank you to Jamie and his team, especially Dan ( Sales) and Amber ( Sales Progression ), the whole process was often frustrating due to waiting for solicitors or managing agent but with their help we are completing the sale this week ( June ) after agreeing the sale in February ??????
28th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)The team at Academy estate agents are fantastic .We would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to sell /buy /rent a property.Jake was with us from start to finish we can’t thank him enough .We were contacted every week with any updates from the viewings we had & were they were up to with the sale of our mums house .Jake is a breath of fresh air he is definitely a people person who never gives up to get the right result for all academy’s clients.Thank you all again for a fantastic result for all ,
10th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Very poor and unprofessional service. When they first posted the advert for my apartment they got the details wrong with the number of bedrooms, fees etc…. They are very difficult to get hold of and when you get through on the phone they are ver defensive and unapologetic. Communication on progress and visits is none existent. After 2 months of having my property on the market with them, their customer service team called me to enquire about my feedback as to the recent valuation they carried out and why I chose not to go with them to sell my property. I had to remind them that I did choose them and to look at their own system to see so. Happy I have now moved to move residential

9th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have just re-let my property after much needed and extensive renovation works. All of these were handled by Sutton Kersh, using their recommended contractors. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard and I was kept informed of progress, with photos, at all times. Grateful thanks to Hannah Callan at Allerton branch, who helped me to choose a decor scheme from a distance (I live abroad). The property was re-let on the first arranged viewing day. I would recommended Sutton Kersh without hesitation.
15th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)This company took over the running of my apartment 2 years into my tenancy. They failed to carry out any maintenance of issues that I reported to them, beyond sending somebody out to look at it and make a note of it. However, they also managed to bump up my rent 3 times in the 3 years of them taking over my tenancy, before telling me that the apartment was now going up for sale. Of course, they then decided to with hold £540 of my deposit, for apparent 'Cleaning'. Yet 24 hours afterwards they had sent work men to completely rip up the floor, repaint the walls in a new colour, and rip out all of the unites. So, I feel like I have been charged for the refurbishment of the apartment as to increase it's likelihood of selling . As the apartment was left in exactly the same state as I found it, bar the few items I failed to move out. Good luck selling the apartment because Soho has extended right under the flat and thus the entire apartment vibrates at night. While every other week there's sewage dripping through the ceiling into both the corridor outside, and the apartment itself.

25th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend Burns and Reid Estate Agents. Been with them for nearly 5 years. Chris Owen and his team were great to work with. Very patient and understanding. Should I need their assistance in the future, I will definitely be visiting them again. Top service always!!
13th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.

Our house was sold to the very first viewers, which we were so happy about. Communication was great throughout, and we really appreciated all the support. A big thanks to Beth and the Northwood team! We would definitely recommend Northwood!
29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. All the staff are great but Colette has been amazing, her attentiveness, organisation and communication has been second to none. Highly recommendable.

Michael was helpful and informative throughout the process, from taking time out to accommodate a second viewing of the property to assisting with general property queries such as meter readings and stopcock locations as well being available late on a Friday afternoon for us to be able to collect the keys. Would recommend Leaders, Warrington.

3rd Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I live in a highly desirable area and only had 1 viewing in 10 weeks. Communication was non existent unless I chased them for it. No feedback from the viewing either. I have now left them and gone with another agent. But feel like it was 10 weeks wasted and buyers may now think there is a problem with the house

14th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I was impressed with Rob's pricing strategy and also his knowledge and experience. He had thoroughly researched the selling prices of house in the area. Ashtons really go the extra mile. They employ a professional photographer to take amazing photos and the brochure was so well written. They also advertise on all the main house selling websites. The team is so hard working and give brilliant customer service. Not to mention, their fees are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone selling their house.
