Before choosing an agent, we had several larger estate agencies visit and provide valuations. While they all had their strengths, Sean stood out immediately. His professionalism, combined with a genuinely personable approach and obvious sincerity, set him apart from the others. We never felt like just another client; he took the time to understand our situation and was always approachable and honest. Throughout the process, communication was timely, clear, and consistent. Sean kept us updated every step of the way, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Sean and the team. 13th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.

I have both bought and sold with Ashton, and every experience has been excellent. The team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, always dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Their email responses are prompt, communication is clear, and the whole process is made smooth and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our house was sold to the very first viewers, which we were so happy about. Communication was great throughout, and we really appreciated all the support. A big thanks to Beth and the Northwood team! Michael was helpful and informative throughout the process, from taking time out to accommodate a second viewing of the property to assisting with general property queries such as meter readings and stopcock locations as well being available late on a Friday afternoon for us to be able to collect the keys. 8th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I had an amazing experience selling my property with EweMove, our estate agent, Joe, was very professional and friendly; he promptly responded to any queries and his colleague, Giovanni, was also great at communicating with stakeholders in the chain when Joe was briefly out of office. Joe was able to effectively support us through the sale process, he was very proactive in speaking with people who viewed our property and when we had an unresponsive conveyancer in the chain below us he played a key role in our sale progressing for our onward purchase. I will definitely be using EweMove for any future sales and would highly recommend them :)

I had previously dealt with another very popular estate agents who left me feeling very unsupported and disheartened with terrible communication. From the moment I contacted Andrew he was extremely accommodating and understanding of my circumstances and could not do enough to help. The main point for me is Andrew and team are so warm and approachable and delicate with the fact that selling your home is a huge life changing process and can be extremely stressful, I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions and I feel they understood the weight of the process which was very important to me.
