2nd Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)As a nurse of 18 years, I had a stroke, I received full UC and PIP and also a private pension which leaves me with a better income than when I was a nurse, my next review is in 2029. All of this was included in the application enquiry form. I’ve have 10 years of private renting with no issues with rent or missed payments with tax etc I’ve passed all my housing inspections and can provide references from my last 2 landlords. I was told that there were no viewing slots available. So a few hours later using a different name I telephoned and surprisingly there are slots available! People should know that this company discriminates again disabled people. ( before anyone says they worried if my benefits are stopped! If they are stopped that means I am able to go back to the job I love serving people in our community).

31st Aug 2026 (26 days ago)Wouldn't recommend for anyone wanting to rent a property.<br>Coming across your reply four years later, I can safely say it is completely pathetic. If you had actually bothered to check, you would know I dealt with your company as a tenant for years.<br>?I was the tenant your agency left over an entire weekend with the sink and dishwasher full of sh*t because the drains blocked completely due to poor construction. It was full of sewage because your maintenance team is useless and failed to treat a critical emergency urgently—all while a young child was living in the house. I should have sued both you and the landlord.<br>?Do you need me to attach the photos of the service that your company left me and my family over the weekend so you remember who I am? Or perhaps I should forward them to the local council so they are fully aware of what kind of company you run?<br>?You are a tenant’s absolute nightmare. I ended up buying the property directly from the owner—the very house I was renting through your agency—and right up until the contract exchange, your office was harassing me to leave. The harassment only stopped when I instructed my solicitor to call your office.<br>Instead apologising you came up with a pathetic reply.<br>Couldn't care less about your reply, unfortunately I have just come across it after years, otherwise it would have been a completely different story??????

I’d give 10 stars if there were. Highly recommend ?

Stacey who handled the initial negotiations was brilliant, talking me through viewings and offers. Angela was also extremely helpful in keeping me updated as the sale progressed, and helping overcome any hurdles. The whole team were really responsive. Would highly recommend Arc homes!

28th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!
