2nd Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a nurse of 18 years, I had a stroke, I received full UC and PIP and also a private pension which leaves me with a better income than when I was a nurse, my next review is in 2029. All of this was included in the application enquiry form. I’ve have 10 years of private renting with no issues with rent or missed payments with tax etc I’ve passed all my housing inspections and can provide references from my last 2 landlords. I was told that there were no viewing slots available. So a few hours later using a different name I telephoned and surprisingly there are slots available! People should know that this company discriminates again disabled people. ( before anyone says they worried if my benefits are stopped! If they are stopped that means I am able to go back to the job I love serving people in our community).

She was always approachable, professional, and willing to help throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property. Even after the sale was completed, she continued to offer advice and support whenever needed, demonstrating her genuine commitment to her clients.
23rd Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I have just sold a property and could not of done it without the help and support from everybody at Stone Cross Estate Agents.<br>From putting the property on to the market until completion everything went smoothly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with everyone who communicated and updated regularly and nothing was enough trouble when anything needed attention. From the start of my sale the pictures of the property were good , and the arranging of viewings was organised and professional .<br>A massive thank you to Andrea, she was an absolute superstar with the progression of the sale and confirming all minor details with the buyer and assisting with communication between solicitors. Andrea you definitely helped to keep it as stress free as possible, I am very grateful for your time and help.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Stone Cross Estate Agents to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a property.<br>Thank you!!

12th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Absolutely outstanding Estate Agents, from initial contact through to moving in to my new home.<br>They endeavoured to make everything run as it should be.<br><br>Winston ?????? a very highly trained service dog told me all I needed to know about the staff within minutes of visiting the Stockton Heath branch.<br>He wasn't wrong either 100% friendly, polite and exceptionally honest and professional.<br><br>After months of dealing with lots of various other agents, coming across the team at Mark Anthony Estate agents was very refreshing. Not only did they hear what I said however they listened too.<br><br>After an initial clients needs analysis re my requirements i was very quickly put in touch with what seemed to be the ideal home for myself and Winston ??????.<br><br>After the one and only viewing i immediately thought i can see myself living here.<br>3.5 months later I'm here in my new home settling in and getting unpacked / organised after 2 very hot draining days (the worst time to move apart from rain I.M.O).<br><br>The team worked very closely with everyone involved including regular updates to my solicitor, that in itself was extremely helpful.<br>I honestly don't believe after our initial point of contact I had to call them once !!<br><br>They only got in touch with myself when they needed to making the whole process stressfree and a very easy pleasant one.<br><br>I honestly can't recommend or thank the Stockton Heath team enough.<br>For me this is exactly what an estate agent should look like, they certainly set the standard leading by example in the Warrington area.<br><br>I had other estate agents sending me to view properties coming up with reasons why I should view them rather than listening to my needs in the first place.<br>The amount of other properties I viewed and the time wasted was in itself a gruelling affair, often leaving myself frustrated and annoyed.<br><br>As mentioned these were the complete opposite more interested in finding the right property for their clients rather then getting viewings done for all the wrong reasons.<br><br>10/10 from me, I have no hesitation recommending them to clients looking for properties to buy.<br>I can't comment re selling as I moved from out of area.<br>That said there is no doubt in my mind that these would be the ones to use, connecting real buyers with sellers.<br><br>Thanks to all the team,<br><br>Andrew and Winston ?????? ??????????????????

23rd Jul 2026 (19 days ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional throughout the viewing. He had a great attitude, was always smiling, and made us feel very welcome. He answered all our questions patiently and provided excellent customer service.<br>Nathan is a real credit to the company. Zoe saw this sale through from start to end, so thank you so much Zoe. But all the rest of the staff have been great. 16th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Our experience with your company has been extremely disappointing. The behaviour of Jack and Chris was rude, dismissive and demeaning. Their approach made it clear that they had little interest in cooperating with prospective buyers or communicating in a professional and respectful manner.<br><br>In addition, we found that some of your property listings did not accurately reflect the information being presented on the property platforms, creating unnecessary confusion and wasting our time.<br><br>As the agency that describes itself as the “number one estate agent in Manchester”, I would suggest that greater emphasis is placed on customer service and communication. Buyers and sellers alike deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, without passive-aggressive or dismissive interactions. Our experience fell well below the standard we would expect from a professional estate agency.

28th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!

17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
