2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

They are both extremely professional in what they do but at the same time very helpful and friendly can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company.

1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)So far the team at Hern and Crabtree have been excellent. Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.

16th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I found Simon to be extremely amiable and accommodating but, I am afraid the communication afterwards was poor. The very few conversations we had were predominantly instigated by me. We only had one viewing which I was told was because the market is slow. I am not sure how proactive Simon was with trying to sell my property. I do realise it seems properties are not selling as quickly in the present climate.

Professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially for someone as novice as me when it comes to selling a house. Adrian explained a structured, step-by-step plan he had in place that not only worked out but exceeded our expectations. From hitting the market, the listing, photos, floor layout, and description were all an absolute knockout — the property looked fantastic. Within the first 24 hours we had multiple viewings, and after just 3 days on the market Adrian had negotiated an amazing offer on our behalf that was above our initial asking price and far more than we thought we could achieve for the property. Adrian worked so hard to make everything run smoothly — organising meetings, handling all the viewings, and even helping sort the solicitors out. He’s confident and professional whilst still being genuinely friendly and approachable. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
