9th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible service - we called the office as we could not find the flat we were supposed to view(we had the postcode but no number for the road was provided), lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, kept saying that they had a lot viewings already booked for the flat and did not help at all. In the end we did not attend the viewing as we could not find the flat. Avoid.

28th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)Dealt with the Castleford branch for years as a family with our rental properties. As of late we’ve been dealing with Stacey at the branch who is THE BEST agent we’ve used! Nothing is too much trouble, if she says she’s doing something it gets done and all with a lovely attitude! I’ve recently had a property with an awkward tenant and she was there to help take action every step and get us back on the right track! Lovely young lady and a credit to the branch!! Thank you.

10th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Tried to arrange a viewing. Viewing only available on a certain day at a time i could not make, due to working. Didn't seem interested in trying to work with the seller to accommodate a suitable time and date i would be able to attend. Surely it would be in William H Brown's interest to work with both parties to secure a possible sale. Very poor customer service imo

A good friend recomended Richard Kendal as a reliable and proffessional company, this was entirely validated through the excellent service I experienced from their Pontefract branch. Amanda Dyson who coordinated the presentation and sale of my home, kept me well informed with information and updates throughout the process, being reassuring and professional at all times. Viewings came quickly and in less than two months a sale was agreed, completion also following in good time. My thanks to everyone at Richard Kendal whose services I totally recomend. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

24th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Really wouldn’t recommend. I contacted them to inform them of my interest in a property which had only just been put up. When I rang them I was told to call back on the Monday, days later on Monday I called and was then told I would receive a call back later on with information regarding viewing availability and an application. Never received a single call. I then sent an email and called again and was purposefully ignored. I went to call again the next day but when I looked online they’d removed the property. Zero communication and a really unprofessional company.

23rd Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Rent a flat from them and had nothing but problems. They are happy to take rent and represent a slum landlord and not fix things. Our shower doors were not safe and were not secure. The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and there was no window which caused mould and damp to my designer handbags and my new bed. Also caused mould and damp in the rest of the bedroom. Landlord refused to fix the extractor fan until I said we would take it further. Then Jigsaw wanted us to show others around our flat even though it wasn't our flat bringing rented. This was an issue due to my partner working nights and they said they would let themselves in. Had issues with flat above us and when I tried to follow it up I had a rude member of staff answer my call and then informed another member of staff who I was and said she's kicking off. (wasn't the case I was asking what would be done about the issue) Some members of staff have no communication skills. This is for a property at abbey wharf, Selby

There were a few problems at the lower end of the chain (no fault of Logic) but they kept me well informed & they were professional & did their very best throughout. Will certainly use them again. Thoroughly recommend.
18th May 2022 (1 year ago)I was a little nervous when they asked for a deposit but it showed my good faith and was returned promptly on purchase. My experiences with this company were all excellent and I'm delighted to recommend them. They made the process very easy!
17th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID
