2nd Nov 2026 (2 days ago)I am living overseas so I needed an agency that I could trust without me having to travel back to the UK to sell my property.<br><br>I have bought and sold property a few times over my life, but this time I was looking for an estate agent that was not the run-of-the-mill type. An agency that would remain consistent right through the process and not lose interest part way through, and sell my apartment with the necessary effort and personal attention.<br><br>So after reviewing Boardwalk on Trust Pilot and Google, Boardwalk stood out as being different in their approach to marketing.<br><br>Initially I contacted Tom and he assigned Mike to my task. Mike was excellent at suggesting the best ways to present my apartment including aspects of the photography. All was excellent and I had a descent number of viewings.<br><br>After I landed an offer I was passed over to Chris, my progressor who was equally as helpful and very patient in what we would both describe as "a difficult market at the moment". Added to this difficult market we had other challenges!!<br><br>My Estate Managing Company were extremely slow at times to produce the required materials needed to progress the sale. Sometimes it took 2 weeks to get answers out of them with no communication at all.<br><br>Equally difficult were the buyers solicitor who seemed extraordinarily lethargic at progressing the purchase and intent on asking 45+ questions including 4 questions that could have been asked weeks earlier instead of the day before the buyer wanted to exchange!<br><br>To conclude, if you are looking for an estate agent that will keep you informed, communicate useful information and support you this this difficult process, then look no further than Tom, Mike and Chris at Boardwalk. It would not have happened without your help and support guys! Thank you!
12th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I was originally with another estate agent but Elena showed me round a property and was so good I wanted her to sell my house! From there we have worked with her and Lisa and been extremely happy with the service at the Southville branch. They're always easy to reach and happy to help and managed to find us the perfect house which thankfully Lisa also looked after which made the whole process so much easier. I have always found them to be honest and easy to work with which I can't say about all estate agents in Bristol!

I appreciated their updates throughout, and guidance on a realistic reserve price that reflected market interest, leading to first-time sale at a price that I was comfortable with. Job done. 23rd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)I was with a different agent for 3 months and made the move, immediately the it was so much better. Hunters gave me a realistic valuation, the pictures and advertising for my property were so much better making the place look great and I had more viewings in the first week compared to the 3 months with the other agent. It only took 7 weeks to find a buyer. They are prompt with communication and have done a great job working with me to sell my property.
