From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to support us through what can be a very stressful moving process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lynne, who even worked on her day off to help get our move over the line. She found us a new removal company at the last minute, chased solicitors, and did everything she could to make sure everything stayed on track. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her.<br><br>We'd also like to thank Robin, who was with us every step of the way, from our very first viewing right through to moving day. His support, communication, and reassurance throughout the entire process was outstanding.<br><br>The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and we always felt like we were in safe hands.

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

All communication was clear and without delay when there was an update or question. My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. Boardwalk are miles ahead of the game in terms of Bristol Estate agents. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to the whole team.

From the very first conversation with Evie and then Jess the team were professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Simon as we had a few issues with our property and we feel Simon went above and beyond, so much so it felt like a friend who wanted to see you succeed. His communication, honest advice, and a calm, reassuring presence at every stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how the whole experience felt. No pushiness, no generic sales talk—just real people who clearly care about doing a great job, constant updates chased things when needed, and made what was a stressful process feel surprisingly straightforward.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. 25th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.
23rd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)I was with a different agent for 3 months and made the move, immediately the it was so much better. Hunters gave me a realistic valuation, the pictures and advertising for my property were so much better making the place look great and I had more viewings in the first week compared to the 3 months with the other agent. It only took 7 weeks to find a buyer. They are prompt with communication and have done a great job working with me to sell my property.

He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.- 2nd Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Exceptionally poor communication throughout. Complaints process a sham. High staff turn over with no real single point of contact or person showing your property so a complete lack of consistency.
