31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our property through Boardwalk Estate Agents, and despite what turned out to be a very challenging and stressful sale, the team worked incredibly hard to get us over the finish line.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Chris Palmer, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. The sale was far from straightforward (despite there being no chain) and involved dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the buyer's side, which caused numerous delays and frustrations. Through all of this, Chris remained proactive, calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication. He was always incredibly quick to respond to messages and calls, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving forward when it felt like things might stall again. We were particularly grateful that, due to the urgency of the situation, Chris even took the time to deal with matters during his annual leave.<br><br>This transaction certainly tested everyone's patience and sanity! However, Chris's persistence, dedication and support made a huge difference, and I genuinely don't think the sale would have reached completion without his efforts.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Rhia Lloyd, who was a real pleasure to work with from the outset. She did a great job with the valuation and marketing of the property, and her advice and support helped get things off to a strong start. Although Chris was our main point of contact during the sale progression, Rhia was always happy to help when needed and stepped back in towards the end when things were becoming particularly challenging. We really appreciated her support and the part she played in helping us get the sale over the line.<br><br>Thank you to Chris and Rhia for all your hard work. We are now happily settling into our new life in Brighton, and we're very grateful for everything you did to help make that happen.

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Lee enough! He has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of buying my first home. As a first-time buyer, there were so many things I wasn’t sure about, but Lee was always incredibly helpful, patient and happy to answer any questions I had.<br><br>He made the mortgage and insurance side of buying a house feel so much less overwhelming and was always quick to respond whenever I needed help or reassurance. I’m so grateful for all of his support from start to finish and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor. Thank you so much Lee! ??????

I have recently met with Tom and with Curtis to both value our home and to show us around a property. They are both so personable and genuine and at the same time very professional. 23rd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)I was with a different agent for 3 months and made the move, immediately the it was so much better. Hunters gave me a realistic valuation, the pictures and advertising for my property were so much better making the place look great and I had more viewings in the first week compared to the 3 months with the other agent. It only took 7 weeks to find a buyer. They are prompt with communication and have done a great job working with me to sell my property.

We liked that they were 'no nonsense' and that we dealt with just Callum and Tom directly throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to sell.

26th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Very disappointing and completely unprofessional experience with Taylors.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit over a month ago and went through an extremely long and stressful process that lasted almost one and a half months. I provided every document they requested and signed the tenancy agreement twice. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly given the impression that I would definitely get the property.<br><br>However, the landlord never signed the agreement. What makes the situation even worse is that, while I was waiting and providing documents, the property was apparently put back on the market through another agency. Eventually, after wasting weeks of my time and causing me unnecessary stress and expense, my application was refused.<br><br>I find it extremely disappointing that Taylors continued dealing with this landlord after the problems that occurred. If they knew the landlord was unwilling or unable to proceed, they should have been honest with me from the beginning instead of allowing me to spend almost six weeks going through referencing, paperwork and signing agreements.<br><br>To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be returned.<br><br>This has been a huge waste of my time, money and effort. The whole process was handled very poorly, with a serious lack of communication, professionalism and consideration for the customer.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend Taylors to anyone looking for a property. Think very carefully before using this agency
