Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. Very pleased.

5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I was looking for a commercial property to rent for my haulage company near Bedford, and for almost two years I struggled to find something suitable. Either the properties were over budget or too far away, so the process became quite frustrating. When I first met Joshua from Kirkby Diamond, I initially went to view a different yard. After discussing my needs with him, he quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me another yard that was absolutely perfect, the right location, the right size, and within budget. What I appreciated the most was his constant professional communication. He always replied to emails promptly and kept everything clear and well-organised throughout the process. A true professional. If Kirkby Diamond has more people like Joshua, I can confidently recommend them. If you are looking to rent or purchase a commercial property, this company is definitely top-tier.

17th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Great at obtaining tenants quickly. But unfortunately the experience with the tenant was horrendous. Tenants were found but I doubt much was looked into in their background. And on to checkout, tenanr damaged pretty much the property and nothing was done. So overall not happy with both tenant and agent.

Two days after we acquired the property, gas service is still unavailable.How are they going to handle additional issues when their head office is across from our building and hasn't been fixed yet?<br>The floor was covered with dust and the property was unclean.The stove iron has a lot of corrosion.

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
