28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Home by name and home by nature. My dealings with Home Estate Agents has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. I was shown around the property by Rob who was very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. After making an offer on the property Rob handled negotiations between myself and the sellers and made sure that we had come to a reasonable agreement where all parties were happy. Once the offer had been accepted Ash was handling my case who was absolutely brilliant, giving me regular updates, chasing solicitors and helping to move the process along. A lot of people including myself dread dealing with estate agents as there doesn't seem to be any level of customer service in the world of today however, I cannot recommend Home Estate Agents enough as they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond for you to make sure that your sale goes through as smoothly as possible. I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of Home Estate Agents and their impeccable service during a process that can be very stressful, they put you at ease and always do their best by you. 9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a self-employed first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns so I was lucky to find Luke as a mortgage advisor. He was patiant, knowledgable, and took the time to go through all my financing options in great detail to help me understand and figure out what would be the best. I hadn't expected a mortgage advisor to be there for the entire buying process and it was very reassuring to know I had someone to answer my questions. It also worked well that, being in the same office, Luke could liase with the sales team at Brown and Merry and pass information through quickly.<br>The sales team were friendly and efficient and Maisie took me to see the property as many times as I needed. A great team who didn't pressure or rush me, but made buying my first house much more pleasant than I had thought it would be. Thank you!

29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We have just sold our property in Great Barford using Cooper Wallace, and from start to finish they have all been fantastic!<br>Ben was brilliant coming round to value the house and take excellent photos.<br>Nicole provided flawless communication regarding viewings and prompt feedback.<br>Jemma kept us perfectly updated with regular progress reports on the sale.<br>A special mention has to go to David, though. At times we thought the sale was going to fall through due to the buyers' solicitors not playing ball. David truly did everything he could to make this happen, and we cannot thank him enough! His hard work and dedication enabled us to secure our forever home.<br>Thank you, Cooper Wallace! We would highly recommend these guys if you are ever thinking of putting your house on the market.

They came and took some very professional looking pictures of our house and we were on the market within 5 days of the initial meeting. Communication was fantastic with regular feedback on viewings and the team were always reachable if we had a question or were after some advice. All of their hard work resulted in a sale (STC) in just 18 days!<br>We can’t thank the team from Ewemove Leighton Buzzard enough and would highly recommend to anybody looking to sell in the area!
