14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Very helpful during our tenancy application process and on completion, would definitely recommend
21st Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Awful experience, they listed a house which I later found out the owner wasn't even ready to sell, the agent in charge of the sale told me the seller was after asking price so I matched this and got all of my paperwork ready for her but after doing so she was constantly making excuses and taking excessive time to respond to anything regarding moving forward with the sale. She initially told me the property in question was rented out at the moment and the tenants were already re housed pending a sale, later I found out this was untrue as she admitted the tenants have not been re housed yet and I have not heard from her since, (Its been over 2 months), not even a sorry for wasting my time or even an explanation as to what happened. To this day the house in question is still listed for sale on their site. If you guys don't want your time wasted then I'd recommend you stay away from this company and look for a property elsewhere.

25th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Paul has been absolutely amazing with helping us rent a property last Thursday, all photos were sent over and acknowledged for the itinerary of the property, we were given ample time to read and sign all paperwork, any questions we had were answered promptly, I would strongly advise to read all reviews as our experience has been first class. Thanks Paul
28th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

25th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. The management did not deliver on anything they promised when they took on my property. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.
11th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Selling my home with Estate Culture was quick, professional, and completely stress-free. This is the best agency I’ve ever worked with – they truly know the Coventry property market inside out. Highly recommended!
