25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would like to say a massive thank you to Carys, my mortgage broker, for all her hard work, professionalism and support throughout my home-buying journey.<br><br>From the very beginning, Carys was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. She took the time to understand my circumstances, kept me informed throughout the process and was always available whenever I had questions or needed advice.<br><br>The mortgage process became particularly challenging when my first mortgage application was unfortunately declined, but Carys did not give up or leave me to deal with it myself. She immediately got back on it, looked at alternative options, guided me through what needed to be done and worked hard to find another suitable lender. She kept me updated throughout and continued pushing things forward, even when the situation became stressful and time-sensitive.<br><br>Her communication and dedication were excellent, and I always felt that she was genuinely working in my best interests and doing everything she could to get things sorted.<br><br>Thanks to Carys’ hard work and persistence, I was able to secure my mortgage offer and move forward with my property purchase.<br><br>I genuinely cannot thank Carys enough for everything she did. Nadine Bevis was the sales manager who managed the whole process very professionally, from beginning to end. I was always able to contact her when I needed to. Nothing was too much trouble, and she gave me plenty of time on the phone to answer my questions. She was reliable, knowledgeable, efficient and kept me updated and well informed, every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to get my sale to completion for which I am extremely thankful. I would not hesitate to instruct her as my agent in the future.

Sadly, I have to mark the overall performance down due to people showing clients around the property disclosing the reserve price of the auction, which should not have been done. I am extremely grateful for Smart Homes communication and due diligence in the process and I must praise Simon. for his dedication and experience of the properties market in the Solihull area.

Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!<br>Thank you again!

They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.

Due to illness my mind isn't what it was and I found the process very stressful and hard to keep the information all in, but chatting to steven made me feel comfortable and stress free we couldn't of asked for a nicer gentleman, I have all the trust that my property will sell for what iv asked for and more.
