She contacted me weekly to keep me updated and actioned everything in a timely manner. She even visited on the moving day to gift a moving in box and emailed a week later to check I had settled in. Could not fault the office - an excellent service at all times. 100% recommend Watton branch, but especially Erin. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

The team was professional, guided us through every step, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled efficiently, especially the tenancy agreement, which was completed entirely by email. This made the whole process straightforward and convenient, with no need to visit the office.<br><br>A special thank you to Michelle Chapman for managing the entire process, coordinating everything between us and the landlord, keeping everything on track, and answering all of our questions promptly. She ensured everything progressed smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and reliable letting agent.

Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail. And also Roxy the sales administrator, who was always on hand to coordinate between myself, the buyers and the conveyancers. Her friendly, polite and efficient support was priceless! Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.
