4th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)Tor Estates dealt with the sale of our parents’ house following their demise, so it was a rather sad time for us. However, Neil and Holly handled the situation with empathy and helped to ease the process. The sale didn’t go as smoothly as was expected due to issues at the bottom of the chain but Holly was “on the case” every day liaising with solicitors etc and keeping us updated. In our opinion they are a very efficient, professional company and we would highly recommend them.
5th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)This firm has been dealing with a tenancy of one of my properties for over 25 years with total professionalism. I live a distance from the property and have at no time had to question the way in the firm has acted with regard to any issues that might have arisen from the tenants or the property. I have now sold this property, along with another, and again the manner in which both the sales went through was thorough and professional. I cannot recommend this firm and employees more highly, I have had complete trust in all they have done for me, always putting my best interests first. A huge thank you for all you have done for me and my family.

Rob came back quickly with answers to questions and helped to co-ordinate the completion in record time to keep the buyer of our house happy! I had two sales fall through and they worked very hard to secure a sale for me and also a purchase as this was compromised because of the aborted sales. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who needed a good estate agent. It was an exceptional service.

Their communication was always speedy and friendly, they were always happy to answer questions and were prompt with passing information to me. It felt like Bradleys were on my side - something that is unfortunately rare with estate agents these days! I would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone.

No questions were left unanswered and i do ask a lot! The whole team were great! My thanks as always. I would reccomend highly!

8th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)The manager Steuart has been nothing but rude and vulgar as soon as I have moved in. They were insisting on inspection all the time and yet when repairing required not in a hurry to help, some of the agents were nice however the latest one who was a young lady had no respect towards me and tried to condescending me all the time. Before I have moved out they still haven’t repaired the leaking issue in the bedroom window and the entire wall became wet and much to my surprise they have almost immediately rented the house out again I bet still not repaired. They have lied in the eviction notice saying the landlord is selling the house. I have just seen the new tenants, only did this to rent it out again for a much higher price. Absolutely disgusting

They were extremely knowledgable, professional and helped us every step of the way. A special mention to Steve, who did a fantastic job with all the viewings. We can highly recommend them. We have also used Symonds & Sampson at Yeovil and have found them to be just as professional.

The team were caring, efficient, following up on all sides to keep my sale moving. Caroline has gone beyond the remit of most estate agents in order to achieve my sale. She is really good with keeping in touch to let me know all details of viewings and comments following feedback from potential purchasers. Caroline has helped me all through the negotiations leading to my sale and eventual completion. She has become a good friend and as an agent to be highly recommended. Thank you Humberts Taunton

Natasha had our property on the market just 4 days after our initial contact. The process was a pleasure as communication with Natasha is nothing but admirable. E-mails, text and phone calls have been answered outside of working hours which we wouldn't expect but is a real bonus at times of stress when marketing/selling/buying. Nothing is too much trouble and we welcome the confidence Natasha has with being very honest and genuine with constructive feedback and with sharing her professional knowledge. Viewings were arranged without delay, feedback from viewings were immediate and then followed up a day or two later, we were kept updated daily and Natasha sold our house within a coupe of weeks (at a time when the market isn't as active as it has been over the last few years) and the communication has continued to be fantastic with updates on the progression of sale coming to us as soon as there are updates to give. Natasha holds a weekly update call with Solicitors to ensure the process is moving effectively and without 'stalling' We feel very supported and its a real pleasure working with Natasha who always answers her phone with a very cheerful positive tone ????. From the moment he arrived, he was polite and friendly, making the entire process comfortable. Aaron provided a thorough valuation of my house and presented a detailed comparison report that clearly explained his reasoning. Initially, I decided to go with another agent who valued my property higher. However, after only one viewing in a couple of months, I found myself having to reduce the price. This experience has made me reflect on my decision, and I now realise that Aaron's valuation was not only honest but also genuine. In hindsight, I appreciate Aaron's integrity and expertise, and I would confidently recommend him to others seeking property valuations. His approach and transparency truly stand out in a competitive market.
