Then they let themselves down and me, if anyone wanted to view they told them drive past and if you like it make an appointment, since when do people buy house by driving by. No feed back at all I think good opertunities were squandered a lazy team.

19th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area. Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.
21st Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Zest correctly identified the advantages of the property, advertised these, correctly identified that we should drop the price modestly given the state of the market, re photographed the property when some unsightly scaffolding got removed, and were prompt and responsive in communication

9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.

28th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
