19th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)The team were very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. My sale was relatively straightforward but had their been issues I'm sure they woukd have been sorted efficiently.
30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely awful place. As a tenant I have never been treated so poorly. So many things to write but will choose just 1. When our 2nd child was born she became very ill after 6 days and was rushed to hospital and kept in for 4 days. This was over Xmas time. We asked to put the rent payment back a little as we don't drive and needed to get 4 cabs a day to and from hospital. Lorraine decided to call my partner and berate her for not having savings and went on talking about the poor old landlord. Not once did she even ask about our newborn baby. Awful woman!
1st Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Sadly our family home had to be sold due to bereavement. May last year was not ideal and the market just got more difficult as time went on. JR Ripley showed empathy , kept us updated with market trends and realistic providing market evidence so that we were in a position to make informed decisions. JR team were a pleasure to work with in very difficult times.

Recently I have been dealing with Cansu Yarik. She makes every effort to support and deal with any day to day issues that may arise with the tenants. She liaises and carries out instructions from myself as promptly as possible and in a professional manner. She has good communication skills and will feedback liaison with tenants and any relevant work undertaken. I appreciate the help and support Cansu offers to me as a Landlady.

The initial consultation with Mario was well researched, explained and therefore impressive as a result - hence choosing this estate agent. Later in the process, Polly has been fantastic and deserves commendation for her efforts with my recent sale. I personally found the strategy of different specialists throughout the process a bit odd at times, and although I can understand the reasoning behind it, I would have perhaps found it a bit easier dealing with 1-2 people throughout, rather that 5-6.

If it wasn't for Peter this chain would have collapsed weeks ago, he's amazing. Takes a personal interest in seeing everything through and keeps the communication alive even though it isn't his problem to keep us in the loop he takes time out to talk to us and explain what's going on when we call him. Genuinely think this estate agent is one of the most genuine and proactive of all the agents we've ever had to do with. Thank you Pete!
