28th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our experience trying to sell our property with William H Brown was extremely disappointing and ultimately quite disastrous. Before we signed with them, the team were highly proactive in their communication and sales pitch. We were promised consistent outreach to potential buyers, regular updates, detailed analytics, and valuable insights throughout the sales process. Unfortunately, the reality after signing the contract was completely different. Communication quickly became poor and reactive rather than proactive. We repeatedly found ourselves having to chase the team for updates and manually intervene to ensure viewers were actually being followed up with after property visits. In several cases, it appeared that little-to-no meaningful follow-up had been carried out unless we specifically requested it. There also seemed to be a lack of organisation and visibility around prospective buyers. The team often appeared unsure about where leads were in their decision-making process, whether further conversations had taken place, or what objections buyers may have had. This left us feeling as though there was no clear sales strategy or ownership of the process. Given the fees involved, we expected a far more professional, engaged, and proactive service. Instead, we were left feeling frustrated, unsupported, and lacking confidence that our property sale was being managed effectively. In the end, after a few months with WHB and no real leads for the sale of our house, we ended up going with another local estate agents who sold our house within a month. Overall, we would not recommend William H Brown based on our experience.
9th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I would thoroughly recommend Newton Fallowell for their great efficiency and customer service in valuing and selling my house quickly. Henry had a very positive outlook on my house and managed to find a buyer within one week. He, Adam, Jenna and the rest of the team made sure that we got to exchange as quickly as possible and were invaluable in chasing the solicitors and others in the chain to expedite matters.

They have been professional, supportive and ensured that the whole process was smooth.<br><br>They took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, making sure I understood everything and that everything was right for me. Their patience and reassurance made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.<br><br>Starting from the viewing with Simon, to Jane pre-finalization, to Chris and Tom for documentation, to Tor & Lucy ever since we moved in, everything has been great so far.<br><br>I would highly recommend Goodwin Property Services to anyone looking for a great, smooth, transparent, and a hassle-free process.

Naz was always available to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Sarah made my ID verification process so much easier, which meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth from London. That was a huge help, especially with my busy work schedule. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs right up until the moment the keys were handed over to me. Thank you both for your professionalism, dedication, and support. The Legal process was tricky but they did an amazing job chasing progress and kept us up to date throughout. 15th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I have very recently sold my home with Winkworth Deeping and have had a fantastic experience from start to end. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.
18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)the valuer was excellent and gave us confidence that the house was correctly valued. However, for whatever reason, we never got the impression that the people that viewed the house were serious buyers.

16th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

5th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Steve at next level properties was fantastic! The service we received was outstanding from start to finish. We had 6 other local estate agents come over to value the house and Steve was the only one who seemed so friendly, professional and genuinely wanted to help. He talked us through the valuation and listened to our opinions too. The fee - We liked that Steve offered a competitive percentage based on the final sale price. Steve organised a fantastic videographer and photographer to take photos and videos of our house and the final results were stunning!! He also provided a 360 tour of our property too. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks! We had some ups and downs between selling and competition (no fault of Steve or ours) and Steve was there every step of the way! Our sale completed within 10 weeks which is super quick (thanks to our amazing solicitors and Steve’s fantastic work ethic) Always quick and easy to contact Steve via phone call or what’s app. We are so pleased we chose next level properties and we highly recommend! Thank you Steve! You are a legend!

Amaan went above and beyond with not only our mortgage but the entire moving process. He made such an effort to ensure we got the best deal and was always on hand to answer our questions. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and even helped with chasing others and keep things progressing. We have used a previous advisor before and the experience and level of service was just incomparable. Amaan was 10/10 and we’ll never use anyone else.
26th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a very disappointing experience renting through this agency.<br><br>Before moving in, we were told that the apartment was ready for occupation and that many other residents had already moved into the building. However, after moving in, it became clear that we were actually one of the first residents, and many essential facilities were simply not ready.<br><br>Some of the issues we encountered included:<br><br>* No key fob was provided for building access or the car park.<br>* We were promised six months of free parking, yet the parking facilities were inaccessible.<br>* The apartment had not been professionally cleaned before we moved in. There was heavy dust throughout the property, including inside cupboards and on top of cabinets, and there were unfinished areas such as gaps in the kitchen skirting boards.<br>* There were no waste bins available we don’t know where rubbish should be disposed of.<br>* The mailboxes had not been labeled<br>* Delivery companies such as Amazon and DPD could not find the building because there was no visible building signage or clear address identification.<br>* We were unable to arrange broadband despite being told Openreach infrastructure had been installed. Every provider we contacted advised that broadband services were unavailable at this address, making it extremely difficult for those working from home.<br><br>What disappointed us the most was the lack of transparency throughout the process. Based on what we were told before signing the tenancy, we reasonably expected to move into a fully operational building. Instead, we found ourselves living on what felt like an unfinished development with many basic facilities unavailable.<br><br>To make matters worse, it has now been over ten days since we first reported these issues, and neither the letting agent nor LSH have provided any meaningful response or update.<br><br>Today, I called LSH for an update and was told that they have other matters to prioritise, and that our issues would be dealt with “in the future.” This is simply not an acceptable response when tenants are unable to access basic facilities that were promised before moving in.<br><br>We felt misled throughout the letting process. Naomi assured us that the building was ready and already occupied by many residents. Our experience after moving in was completely different. We believe prospective tenants deserve honest and accurate information before making such an important commitment.- 4th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Chloe at Sharman Quinney has been absolutely amazing as our mortgage adviser. I have not enough words to thank him for the personalised approach and sense of urgency he worked with whilst we navigated a huge change. The day the property was put on the market, a tenant was confirmed on the very same day. Could completely switch off from the letting side of things and get on with other pressing matters. Best people and therefore just the best agency ever! ?? Thank you so much Shane ????????????
