11th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Pocock and Shaw handled the sale of my flat extremely well and at a decent price. They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.

22nd Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.

23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.
6th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)A few times they didn’t get back to me after a viewing which was annoying. They wanted me to drop the price as the market had gone quiet (Christmas time). I declined and when market picked up I sold my house just under asking price.

Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. Very pleased.

He has always been approachable, honest and professional, taking the time to keep us informed and answer any questions we had. We never felt pressured, and his communication has been excellent, particularly during what can be a stressful time.<br><br>We also really appreciate the work of the sales progression team, especially Kelly and Neave, who has been proactive in keeping everything moving and explaining the next steps as we progress towards exchange.<br><br>Buying and selling a home can be an emotional experience, but Cheffins have made it feel organised, transparent and well managed. I highly appreciate her efforts to search home for me considering my daughter is about a year old without much struggling. Excellent cooperation all the time I have had an issue related to property. He was also very pro active as later that day he called me back to discuss some measurements that I had requested and made the suggestion that whilst he was at the property he could WhatsApp me and give me a live video tour. Excellent idea and much appreciated as it gave me the confidence to make a four hour round trip and view the property.<br>Carson met me at the property and gave me adequate time to fully explore it, he is my opinion an extremely professional, helpful and approachable person.
7th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)We have recently purchased our new home in Waterbeach and wanted to say a massive thank you to all the girls in the office for the amazing support they provided and made the transaction a lot easier than it would have been had we left all details in the hands of the agents selling our old home. We sold our old home through Hockey’s in Willingham and would still be waiting for details even now weeks later as the feedback was slow or non existent,, not sure we even had a completion phone call on the day of the sale.<br>Our new home was bought through Gray and Toynbee, Waterbeach office and all we can say is a massive thank you and in particular Angel, all details were shared on time throughout the entire process and she made it all a whole lot easier. I would recommend Angel as an agent to anyone looking to buy a property, amazing job done and a total asset to the company.<br><br>Thanks again

16th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Followed the address on the website and it took me to the middle of no where called the number and no one picked up. I then arrived and no one was working and just chatting and said they are busy that’s why no one answered the call. I’ve been dealing with this company for 1 month and no one ever picks up the phone. Very difficult company to deal with. Management or the boss please look into the staff very unprofessional.
