They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.

The market us not great at this time, there are many houses on the market and sone for several months so ism am not commenting regarding time we were on the market with them or lack of veiwings. There was a lack of communication from our agent and as the market is slow, we didn't feel that they wanted to try other ways like an open house idea or more social media presence.

Naz was always available to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Sarah made my ID verification process so much easier, which meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth from London. That was a huge help, especially with my busy work schedule. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs right up until the moment the keys were handed over to me. Thank you both for your professionalism, dedication, and support. I truly appreciate everything you did. ??
22nd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.

Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.

He immediately put us at ease, he was clear with the process and discussed the valuation rather than told us as other agents had. We were always kept informed of viewings including cancellations. They were extremely helpful with solicitors paperwork, printing, scanning and even forwarding to help us out. The whole team should be praised for their professionalism and we would recommend them without any hesitation. Brian and Jo

15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I used to have some past experiences that weren't great but with the most recent team at sharman quinney, I have been looked after a lot better. Although I had to pull out of the sale of my property, Maria and Spencer definitely went above and beyond to answer my questions and sort anything that I didn't understand , which was a lot. I always felt welcome when I went into the branch, offered an instant sit down chat and a coffee. Hopefully I'll be in a better position in the future to complete a property through the Great Shelford branch.

We found a member of the sales progression team to be extremely rude, unhelpful and unfortunately made the process/experience much more challenging. Contrary, Adam, the negotiator (salesperson) was brilliant from the first point of contact and he is the only reason this review isn’t rated a one star.

Their professionalism, dedication, communication and knowledge of the market really stood out. To have my house listed on 2nd September and receive an offer that I was happy to accept on 16th September — exactly two weeks later — is an amazing result, and it’s a real testament to how hard they worked to get the right outcome. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping everything moving and making what can be such a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.
