29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

Even went the extra mile for me when my house purchase was unexpectedly delayed and extended my tenancy which took away a significant amount or worry and stress. 12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would like to thank the team for their support and communication throughout my tenancy and move-out process. Moving house can be very stressful, especially while buying a new home at the same time, but the agency was always polite, approachable, and willing to respond to questions when needed. I especially appreciated the professional handling of the checkout process and the clear communication regarding the deposit updates. Although there were a few delays waiting for landlord responses, the agency kept me informed and remained helpful throughout, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again for your professionalism and support. I wish the whole team all the best for the future.

I initially chose to deal with Bowdens as their ethos and family values really appealed to me and I found this to be true in every interaction with them. Moving house can be emotional and stressful but I really felt that I wasn't going through it alone and that Bowdens were with me throughout, I absolutely will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.
