We found our current rental through them and have been so impressed with the level of service we’ve received throughout.<br><br>Christian and his team are exceptionally responsive, professional, and helpful. They are always timely in their communication and go above and beyond to help with anything we need around the house, no matter the time of day.<br><br>I would highly recommend SW Retail to anyone looking for a realtor. Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.

28th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling ‘service’. Called FIVE times about a flat to rent in Shoteditch and they never called back. Last time I called the man was shouting down the phone. If you’re a landlord don’t list with them bc they don’t bother following up on tenants. Shoddy and unprofessional

21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent. They consistently displayed a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. Appointments were frequently rescheduled or canceled at the last minute without proper notice, and communication was poor throughout the entire process. My concerns were not taken seriously, making the experience frustrating and unproductive. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient estate agent.

Any questions or issues are dealt with fast and as owner I feel supported and happy knowing the tenants are being well looked after. No hesitation in recommending Krieger and Co.
