The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

27th May 2026 (17 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Kristel Lehtla was able to find an amazing tenant for our apartment in a matter of one afternoon, she is very diligent provides amazing advise, is extremely responsive and very friendly. She immediately understood our needs and requirements for renting our property and she found the perfect match Kristel made this process so seamless and smooth, we are hugely grateful for her support. I can’t imagine an easier process than this one. Thanks a million Kristel, you’ are a superstar!!

In particular we were incredibly impressed by the service we received from David Mendel and Simon Hardie who went above and beyond to ensure we our property sold at a great price!
15th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I approached this agent first when looking to rent and although there was a very speedy view of a nearby flat, I was given the hard sell approach. I was bombarded with calls, texts and emails not only about the flat I viewed (tried to get me to do a 2nd viewing) but from other offices regarding property that wasn't suitable. I think this approach doesn't help anyone - either agent or client.
