15th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Tim was fantastic - called us within 30 minutes of us putting the submission through Get A Agent and I believe we saw him the next day. We did end up achieving a higher sale price than he appraised our property for, but it was under offer in 5 days so we were very happy all around. Would recommend
23rd Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Having rented a flat in Kensington with Thackerays for 2+ years, I can testify of their utter unprofessional conduct - regular email nagging, rude staff, lack of financial transparency, and to top it all they removed the terrace, with all my furniture on it, while I was away, without any notice of access or changes. Best agents to avoid.
23rd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Rented through Anthony Garfield for a few years. There were no disasters but I couldn't recommend them. Pros: they fixed most issues promptly and we got our deposit back. Cons: they weren't professional when it came to inventories and tenancy agreements. Customer service was normally either defensive or combative. You got the impression that they just see tenants as an inconvenience involved in collecting their commission.

16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.
24th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I looked into their 15 Stratton Street address after seeing a listing on Zoopla and found it’s a virtual mailing address in a shared coworking building, not an actual branch. For a luxury property agency, I expect physical presence and transparency — finding out they have no dedicated premises undermined that trust. I prefer agencies where I can meet the team in person at their own office. Worth checking before you commit.
