10th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)After a few disappointing experiences with some of the local letting agents, I wandered into this firms office on a chance, within 5 mins they had found me the exact house in the exact location I was looking for, within 10 mins I had an appointment for the next day, and within 3 weeks the referencing was complete, I had paid my deposit and rent, and was given the keys. These people are professional, friendly, eager to help and are good at what they do. An absolute pleasure to deal with them
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)A lovely small local company. Such a shame they never sold our last home. Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc
5th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

26th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

20th Mar 2026 (28 days ago)I spoke with Jay regarding the possible sale of my property, he was open and honest with regards to the market and potential sale price which I really appreciated. Later, I met with Jay then Caff, both were a credit to the business in terms of the right mix of professionalism and honesty. I felt that they both considered my needs first and foremost and I would definitely use them again in the future as it felt like a very personal service.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.- 17th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)This review is specifically for the Tunbridge Wells branch. I had been a tenant for 11 years in one of their managed properties. If I could give more than 5 stars for the outstanding service given to me, I would. They (Vicky mostly)has assisted me with the smallest to the biggest issues a tenant may encounter. These range from:- 1. An entire boiler replacement being done in a few days of it braking down. 2. The swift removal of nuisance downstairs tenants who; against the wishes of the landlord, snook in a dog and allowed it's excrement to build up to biblical proportions in the shared garden. 3. When the glass shower partition randomly, for no reason, smashed into 1000000 pieces when I was naked and about to enter the shower. Within 24 hours of the report, a new partition was installed. Seriously, no matter how small or silly I thought an enquiry was with the property, Vicky always sent someone out to check within very good time. Vicky has been amazing with all my enquiries. I've had various pipes, switches and exterior issues checked over, all treated with the utmost professionalism. I have now purchased my flat from my landlord. David has been invaluable with his advice as an estate agent. I've been able to ring/email him about the sillyest of things and he always get back in very good time and is always warm. He's very sensitive to the inexperience of first time buyers and their questions. If you are a reliable tenant (good, on time rent payer) or a diligent landlord (as mine was) in the Tunbridge Wells area, I absolutely, highly recommend Martin & Co for their services. 6th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely wonderful, is not an understatement to describe the Hunters team especially Michelle, who wisked out her magic wand and became my fairy godmother, herding all the cats, (solicitors), in line and pushing the sale and purchase over the line. All of the Hunters team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, guiding us through the process, and despite all my silly questions, never loosing their cheery smiles and 'it will be ok we got this' attitude. I'd give them 7 stars if I could and definitely recommend them all, thank you so so much for all your help.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

20th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
