9th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you

18th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)I thought so many times about to do a review as I don’t like to talk badly, but Me and my colleagues were treated so unfair that people should know how they hand things around. We had a contract with them About 7 years, the first agent we had was very good but she left the company and we have to deal with Cherelle very rude, the kitchen ceiling fell due to a problem in the bathroom above, they spent a year saying they would fix it we paid the rent on time, then they asked for the house during the lockdown and did not return the deposit saying it was a room even if I showed my contract. she was treating us badly, playing the fact that I am an immigrant did not understand English very well. in the end I was so stressed by the situation that I just left the house without claiming my rights that they know we cools a compensation for having made me live with the kitchen in that situation and a house full of mood, so think carefully before doing business with them
23rd Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Streets have done a very poor job Of managing my property, communication is very poor,no inspections of my property over the last couple of years,they have not provided me gas safety or electrical certs,I got the property back in a very poor condition, avoid streets like the plague!

Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc
13th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

I went in completely blind and had no idea what I was doing but she took the time to sit down with my partner and I and explained everything. She made me feel so welcome. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and can’t wait to use her in the future when we find a property! Thank you Emily!

Really shocked and disappointed. Never heard nothing like it. Completely unprofessional. Clearly they are not here to sell properties

Throughout the long process between first viewing the property and finally getting the keys the team were highly professional and helpful. This was not an easy journey and they worked extremely hard to make sure it went through. If I was selling a house in Chatham or Rochester I wouldn't look anywhere else. 5 stars!

The housing market is currently in a dire place but we had lots of viewings and were kept up to date throughout the whole process. The team are really responsive and always on hand to answer any questions.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.
26th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)The tenants below me rent via Westmount. The tenants thought they could run a wire across my front door step and this agency agreed with them. Clearly don’t know what the legalities are because the two joint leaseholders asked for it be changed when I said it was in the way and put there without my permission. If anyone thinks this image is ok I’d be shocked. The tennants and Westmount were adamant it could stay like that. I had to waste my time calling the leaseholders to get it changed - who agreed this is not sustainable for the long term. The staff at Westmount were rude and if I were to let my property out I wouldn’t use them.

Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case. Nice guys to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, as we will be using them in the future.
