22nd May 2025 (25 days ago)I have used this Company as a Landlord. They are worst Agents I have ever dealt with.They never pick up the phone, never reply to emails, withold information and rent monies. Do not use them to let your property and do not rent via them.

They gave us lots of valuable advice throughout and were always readily available to discuss any issues that arose. We would have no hestitation in using them again.

2nd Feb 2025 (19 weeks ago)Jesse Cheema has been incredibly helpful. She listened to all my requirements and worked with me to ensure that I found the property I wanted in my chosen location. She's attentive, sharp, knowledgeable and very professional. The outcome of my search was better than expected because she was proactively working with me to find something suitable even though my expectations were slightly unrealistic. I received frequent phone calls from her to keep me updated. She remained calm, focused, gave great advice and put so much energy in my search. Trust her process and you won't be disappointed!- 10th Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)Lots of promises were made by Wards to get us to sign up with them. Luckily we did not sign up for the full 20 weeks. Our house was over priced which means that when the price is reduced they still get a high commission. Wards were not good at communicating with us, the sellers. They were keen to let us know before using them how fantastic they think they are as agents - not true! We feel they have wasted our time.

We will now be instructing in the near future RiverHomes to manage our London rental properties. Once you find a supplier of a trade / service that does a job like this for you. 20th May 2025 (27 days ago)Typical estate agent. Do half a job to earn a living. Blame their customer illness for their incompetents. Don't know what's going on pretty much most of the time. Told by kieran & some regional manager, sale had been finalised on 2 different occasions, to then be told their solicitors are not ready. Avoid the truth at all costs. After sale care what is that! Would not recommend Acorn and estate agent (Kieran)- 23rd May 2025 (24 days ago)These guys work so hard . We had loads of hiccups along the way and they were on the phone to all concerned emailing etc they certainly worked hard and really helped push our move through . A great asset to the team. Knows her stuff and has been a great support throughout the process. I was worried about moving home and the stress it can cause, but this was pretty much stress free. Highly recommend
