She found us a home that ticked every one of our boxes, and was always there to answer questions, which was a challenge sometimes as we were 3000 miles away. I feel like we didn't just find an estate agent, but that we also made a friend.
1st Apr 2026 (16 days ago)This diabolical company, Maria is bad with communication and was meant to send a sales memorandum the month the offer was accepted turns out she didn’t send it until January 3 months after offer was accepted Kept saying oh tenant will be out soon, or oh I’m on really good terms with the tenant… lies And don’t get me started on when you call them and the apprentice guy Thomas tells you Maria will call back and then yeah 3 weeks later oh wait still no call… no email responses If I could give minus 5 I would! They have been very supportive through our selling process, we had a delay due the solicitors mistake, but Pollards were always optimistic and helpful during this process. We have exchanged and completed successfully. All people in our long chain are very happy! Thank you Polards estate!!!!

Any queries were handled quickly and efficiently, and we always felt informed. The team were proactive in keeping things moving to the best of their ability. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling.
6th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Our son purchased a flat that was being marketed by Island Homes from their branch on Dock Head Road in Chatham and from the initial viewing with Molly and the subsequent re-visits with Harry to the overall conveyancing process with Shane who was our link with the seller's solicitor; the whole process was handled with an excellent degree of professionalism and efficiency; something that can't be said for our solicitor buts that another story!!! I would certainly recommend Island Homes for any sale or purchasing enquiries.

From the moment our property was sold to completion, the entire process took just 4 months, which exceeded our expectations. The team were professional, proactive, and always kept us well informed at every stage. Communication was excellent throughout, and they made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

27th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! She kept me updated constantly, nothing was too much trouble. From our first meeting before I put the house up for sale she advised me on what to do and what not. The whole process was smooth, because of her. I would recommend her to everyone, and have. Simply fantastic!

31st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I had a great viewing with Simona Timofejeva - she was extremely responsive when booking the viewing, getting it booked quickly and providing great information on the location, parking etc. At the viewing she was extremely welcoming, friendly and answered all my questions about the property and application process. She was also quick to follow up after the viewing making me feel like a valued applicant. I would highly recommend Kent Residential.
23rd Mar 2026 (25 days ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
