Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area. Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion. If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

17th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Efficient and helpful. We were with multiagency (2 estate agents) and only with Andrew's less than a week before we accepted an offer from a buyer introduced by our original estate agent. However I would recommend Andrew's for their professionalism and local knowledge.

They are friendly, helpful and professional and have provided fantastic advice and support through out when we have needed it. I would thoroughly recommend using them if you are moving in the local area.

We were listened to and understood, supplied with an exceptional brochure to accompany their knowledgeable viewing representatives. We were always provided with full and accurate feedback information from viewings plus regular updates to current market information. When we received an offer, it came with the Partner's assessment and recommendation of how to proceed, along with ample help and attention through our exchange through to completion, Many thanks and compliments to the whole Cirencester team and we would definitely recommend Butler Sherborn.

Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

20th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Matthew and the team successfully dealt with the sale of two houses for our family in 2025. Matthew initially offered advice as to pricing strategy as well as going above and beyond to help with our buying choice which was outside of the agency's geographical area. Both sales included some tricky negotiations at times which were dealt with calmly using Matthew's longstanding experience . He took time to explain options to us and was always pleasant and diplomatic with all parties concerned, despite some difficulties with each sale caused by over enthusiastic potential purchasers. I would thoroughly recommend Tayler and Fletcher.

The whole process was smooth, well organised, and much less stressful than we expected. A special mention has to go to Ellie, who was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always quick to respond, really helpful, and made sure everything was clearly explained. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she made the whole process feel easy and straightforward. It’s rare to find such good communication and support, especially when renting, so we really appreciated it. We’re very grateful for all the help and would definitely recommend them — especially if you get Ellie!

2nd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!
