16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We were with Martin&Co 2 years ago and left as circumstances changed meaning we needed a different size property and when our tenancy was ending we headed straight back to these guys as our old property was back out on the market - so here we are back with this amazing letting agents, fabulous staff, professional and so friendly and back in our old place ?? Any problems with our property are sorted out promptly and problems are never to big and they are always there at the end of the phone. Would highly recommend! Keep up the good work.guys ????

4th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Cotswold have been brilliant, they went with what we wanted and sold the house quickly. They know what their buyers are looking for which is how we sold. They were efficient with getting everything sorted and all the paperwork needed. We have not exchanged or completed yet but couldn’t fault them!

With great communication and a proactive approach I felt Jemma really understood our needs and the 3D walking tour facility showcased my property in the best light possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Allen and Harris Highworth to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy partner for their real estate needs, and Jemma especially. I consider myself fortunate to have come across the property listed by G&L and managed by Vicky. Her understanding of needs, timescales and the necessary process was spot-on, and she provided valuable insight regarding potential improvements to the house. Vicky was exceptional throughout the buying process, and she played a crucial role in the conveyancing process and the successful outcome. I can wholeheartedly recommend Vicky and the services of Goodman and Lilley.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%

9th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

8th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)The staff at The Property Centre are great, and on the ball - returned my calls quickly responded to my emails with no delays, very knowledgeable and helpful - I have received great customer service from the whole team at TPC, through what was quite a tricky sale period - I would recommend TPC, their fees and contract is very fair, very clear communication no hidden agenda with a very professional service Thank you.
