No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.

They have been unfailingly friendly, helpful and understanding over the years and the different scenarios. We have now moved to our long-term "final" property in Poynton having become "empty nesters" and can look back and thank Richard for his efforts in constructing the "deal" that brought us to Poynton more than 25 years ago. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.

19th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had.
