Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, we found our forever home without any stress. The entire process took just six weeks, from our initial viewing to completion, which was incredible! Whenever we needed assistance, whether it was accessing the house before the exchange or addressing any concerns, there was always someone available to help. Jackie was an absolute delight to work with; she was always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their customer service is truly exceptional! Highly recommend!

29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)My house had been on the market for 14 months without a single offer. Monopoly sold it in 3 weeks. The photographs and presentation package were far superior to the previous estate agents.

4th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve recently moved out after being a tenant with Ashcroft & Guest for 6 years, and I honestly can’t thank Tracy and the whole team enough for all their help over the years. They have always been so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful whenever I needed anything. Tracy in particular has been amazing throughout — professional, kind and always quick to help with any issues or questions. It’s actually quite sad saying goodbye after so long! I would 100% recommend Ashcroft & Guest to anyone looking to rent through an estate agents that really cares about their tenants. Thank you all again for everything ??????

7th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I have been a tenant in a property managed by Rooftops Hale for the past 6 years and found them to be exemplary. Both with the swift resolution a couple of things I had contacted them about and with keeping the property up to date with being compliant with the safety regulations. They have been a pleasure to deal with, friendly professional and quick to respond. The contractors used by Rooftops have all been pleasant and professional and able to accommodate timing of visits to my requirements. I don't think I would have stayed as long in the property if the agents weren't as good to deal with as Angela and Karen have been.

She has consistently been professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Any time I have needed assistance or had questions, she has responded with kindness, patience, and genuine care. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who listens and takes the time to help properly. Overall, she has made the experience of renting much easier and less stressful than it can often be. I would highly recommend her services to any future tenants or landlords. A real credit to her profession.

I made an appointment with Cheshire Property, Alex arrived at the time arranged and has kept in regular touch since.

The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!
