4th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

Very good communication throughout the sale of our property.
They were always on the end of the phone to answer and questions, reassure and give advice.
I feel I need to give a special mention to Paula and Victoria, as however busy they were they always took the time to speak to us regarding the sale of our property.
Highly recommend.

They guided me through a particularly difficult sale with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their communication was exceptional throughout.
In a world where many agencies feel impersonal, this team stands out for all the right reasons. They made a stressful process feel manageable and supported me every step of the way. A truly outstanding service from people who clearly love what they do.

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. 21st Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Trying to find a new home is very stressful, I've seen lots of houses, with lots of different agents and they're not all equal. I want to say how great I found Rooftops Lettings. The communication was fantastic, emails, phone calls pre-viewing and follow up when they said they would. The lady I dealt with, Louise, was amazing. So friendly, honest and genuine. The process was very straightforward, Louise was so professional and made me feel really special when she contacted me to say we'd been successful, she was genuinely happy for us. I can't recommend them enough, not all agents treat you like a human being, Rooftops really really do. Thanks Louise.

From the very beginning I felt like I was in good hands and it was lovely dealing with people who genuinely cared about getting everything over the line. I particularly wanted to mention Roman who looked after the sale. He was absolutely brilliant and probably deserves a medal for all the chasing he did! He kept me in the loop, was always happy to answer my questions and made sure I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. It’s the little things like that which make such a difference, especially when you’re selling your home and have enough other things to think about. You can tell they really care about their clients rather than just getting another sale through the door. I’m genuinely so grateful for everything they did and would happily recommend Acobas to anyone thinking of selling. Thanks again! ??????
2nd Nov 2026 (4 days ago)Took over 3 months to fix the broken cooker and washing machine told I can always use the local launderette and microwave. Water leak from room above running through my light and soaking my bed whilst asleep waking me up not able to stay in the room for days whilst everything dried yet still wanted full rent and refused to replace the damaged items.. Turn up for a inspection without prior notice which is required by law and refused to give a updated tenency agreement with the rent increase unless I paid £30.. oh and charge via a coin meter to use the tumble drier.. Don't bother unless you have no other option
