Thanks to her regular emails, I knew exactly what stage the purchase was at. Although the transaction took longer than expected and there were a few complications, Jo’s kindness, patience, and dedication mean I will look back on the entire process fondly.

We were very impressed with their total professionalism and treated with respect at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and no promises were made that couldn't be kept. This can be a stressful time but it simply wasn't. A huge thank you to Shelley and Chris for all their hard work. We could not have asked for more from the team and matters progressed so smoothly. Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
21st Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

21st Dec 2024 (1 year ago)It is with great confidence that I can recommend Bonds to sell your property. Bonds offer a one off up front price to sell your property. This is the method I chose to use. Once my bungalow had sold, it took a paticularly long time to go through. (This was due to my buyers side of things).... Jayne was on the case all the time. Jayne truly works wonders. I believe it was her constant chasing the legal teams that eventually got my sale through to completion.. All staff are always polite, courteous and very helpful. I have always been kept informed at all times from viewings to completion. Thankyou to Jayne and your team.

I was kept informed whenever there was a viewing and given honest feedback, they were always helpful in answering any questions. It was reassuring to know they did regular checks on the property as I don't live nearby. I would definitely recommend Blake and Thickbroom.
