15th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.
1st Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.- 28th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Had a great experience with Ruby who was very friendly, informative and supportive in getting our new rental organised. 7th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)If you know Abergele you know that all the estate agents here are useless chancers. I've worked with all of them and can attest personally and professionally.<br>So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Tom from Prys Jones Abergele.<br>Tom is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional property agent with obvious knowledge of the local market.<br>He went far beyond any agent I've worked with to help us find the right property.<br>We will be working with Tom in the future whether that's at Prys Jones or another agent.<br>I will say that initially we were dealing with Rhyddian who was everything I've come to expect from estate agents, the polar opposite of Tom. Rhyddian knew nothing about the properties he was marketing and seemed entirely uninterested in selling houses. Rhyddian is the reason this is a four star review rather than five, it would be lower but that felt unfair to Tom.<br>The office staff otherwise were friendly and professional.
27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The worst estate agents imaginable!!! Very unprofessional, no communication what so ever and been an absolute nightmare!!! Tennants keep phoning with queries as they can never get hold of anyone at the agency!!! No clarity with with payments and blaming everyone and everything bar themselves!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM GOR LETTING!!!!

19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We've had a really positive experience with William Gleave Estate Agents. From the very beginning, whole team was friendly and approachable. Matt kept us updated throughout the process, answered all our questions patiently and did everything he could to make sure we were able to move into the property well before the start date of my new job. The property was still undergoing renovation when we were due to move in, but Matt worked hard to make sure everything was ready on time so we could move in as planned. On moving day, we had a problem with the key box code. Matt came over himself and handed us the keys which was a huge help and took a lot of stress out of the situation. Thank you to Matt and everyone at William Gleave Estate Agents. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Despite clear instructions following 2 aborted sales due to prospective buyers losing their sellers , that Idris were only to introduce cash buyers or those whose own homes were well advanced down the sold route, they deliberately misled me with a buyer who was not in fact in the latter category at all. This went in for 4 months losing me the opportunity to market at peak house buying season with another firm keep the property on the open market. They also failed to chase the buyer or their solicitor for information and keep on top of it and did not communicate regularly with me without having to be contacted first. I would not recommend them. When complaining about this latest debacle and advising them I was withdrawing the property, they sent an e mail with a list of people who had viewed my property stating that if any of them purchased it in the future they expected commission. There was no apology for their failures. Having used them for 2 previous property sales in the past 3 years this outcome was sadly a sign of poor long term business practice
