16th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Great place to work in a lovely location with the best team :)
15th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.
1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.- 29th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)The whole team are nice and friendly can’t fault them in anyways the whole experience was simple and easy with help whenever needed making the whole process smooth for our move.

Big shout out to Ruby & Lucy
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)If you know Abergele you know that all the estate agents here are useless chancers. I've worked with all of them and can attest personally and professionally.
So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Tom from Prys Jones Abergele.
Tom is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional property agent with obvious knowledge of the local market.
He went far beyond any agent I've worked with to help us find the right property.
We will be working with Tom in the future whether that's at Prys Jones or another agent.
I will say that initially we were dealing with Rhyddian who was everything I've come to expect from estate agents, the polar opposite of Tom. Rhyddian knew nothing about the properties he was marketing and seemed entirely uninterested in selling houses. Rhyddian is the reason this is a four star review rather than five, it would be lower but that felt unfair to Tom.
The office staff otherwise were friendly and professional.
27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The worst estate agents imaginable!!! Very unprofessional, no communication what so ever and been an absolute nightmare!!! Tennants keep phoning with queries as they can never get hold of anyone at the agency!!! No clarity with with payments and blaming everyone and everything bar themselves!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM GOR LETTING!!!!
30th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Great service from start to finish, the advice and support given were top drawer.
10th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)Superb support from start to finish, many thanks to Christine, Fay, Jackie and Iwan
23rd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)House was up for sale with another estate agent in llandudno, who seemed to love to do viewings, was with them for 6 months. Decided to switch to bryan davies, julie came appraised the house, sent to market within a couple of days and was sold with the month. Would recommend straight away, professional easy to contact, thank you melanie as well always on hand.

If you are selling, use them you cant put a price on experience!!
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
9th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Would recommend. Very proactive in chasing my buyers solicitor up, which was challenging at times. Very professional service from Adam and the team who all kept me well informed.
30th Apr 2026 (5 mo. ago)Good around thank you

19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’ve had a good experience working with Enfys Estates overall, with a couple of niggles; I had to request that my property was posted on their social media (like all their other listings) after it had been on the market for 10 weeks and they did all the viewings for me (which was great), but left the front door unlocked on one occasion. I understand accidents happen and it may be an awkward door to lock, so they may not have realised.
29th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Fixed mythermostat no bother
30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Very efficient staff at Colwyn Bay Branch Luke McCauley Ryan Great communication from beginning to completion We would 100% recommend this branch for anyone looking to sell/buy Super goody box too Thank you very much Linda Will
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have never dealt with an agent who was so proactive, helpful, knowledgeable and above all communicative. It wasn’t just one member of staff but the whole team who made the selling experience as smooth and easy as possible. Adam Palmer was especially impressive and as I assume is the team leader certainly filters his ethos down to his staff. All in all a great experience. Excellent
