He went above and beyond throughout the process and was a real help whenever we had a question or needed anything.<br><br>Tash has also been fantastic throughout the buying process. She has been incredibly helpful, approachable and quick to respond, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful time.<br><br>The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish. I was able to arrange viewings within 24-48 hours with Ben, something that simply was not possible with other agents and was very refreshing. Ben and Nicole were always prompt and responsive to my emails which I appreciated. I highly recommend Kimberleys.

They researched thoroughly, gave great advice, understood exactly how to market our property, did all the viewings personally, and kept both the buyer and ourselves fully informed and updated throughout the process.

We had difficulties with our sale (problematic buyer and their solicitor!) but Brookes were incredibly supportive throughout the process. In particular Claire was fantastic working closely with us and their client! If we ever sell then I know who we will be using!

29th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
