From the moment I contacted them to inquire about properties to completion, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident at every step of the process. Alison went above and beyond to streamline the buying process. Alison, organized necessary paperwork meticulously, and liaised effectively with all parties involved, including sellers, lawyers, and Surveyors. Alison's attention to detail and meticulous approach instilled confidence in me that I was in capable hands. Karis from Mann estate agents was helpful in setting up potential buyers to view our house and in helping me with viewing flats to buy. I found her very personable, and knowledgeable. It really does help when you're doing this for the first time when you're quite nervous about the whole thing. House sale and flat buying are now going through. Thanks for all your help Karis and good luck with your new career.
9th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.

They would have all the compliance issues arranged for us without us worrying. Cristiana, Perry and the team are lovely to work with and never a question go unanswered. Would highly recommend!

3rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Never ever let from Chase Evans. The apartment I let had 2 faulty switches which caused multiple electric shock incidents. I complained to my property manager Danish twice after this. I eventually decided to move out of the property because they are not responsive. Adriana in the office told me that Danish is no longer working in Chase Evans and he did not communicate your issue before he left. When I called Adriana's manager, he told me that Danish never left Chase Evans. He just moved teams. Now when I call to ask for my deposit, Adriana never takes the call and ask her colleague to pick it. I don't know her name but she very rudely cuts the phone without giving me the information I need. I am filing a case against them now. Worst experience I ever had dealing with letting agents. Would not recommend at all.
28th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I had tried another EA previously who were full of empty promises, I moved to Paul and the attention to service was superb, he helped at all stages including visiting the property to fix various items and ensure it looked great for visits by potential buyers - the property was sold within 10 weeks - thoroughly recommended dont try others just go to Folklands - great service

Very professional, genuinely knew the area and market, spoke honestly and plainly (not "salesy") and were competitive in price. I could not say the same for other estate agents I considered. Good at keeping in touch throughout the process and were persistent where needed to get the sale over the line.
