4th Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)From my first interaction with Mark when I booked a valuation I already got a good feeling about the agency, and I wasn't wrong.<br>Reece worked with me to list my property, get me an offer and keep the process moving towards completion. From the first meeting to value the property Reece was very diligent, professional and on the ball.<br>He did an amazing job supporting me throughout the process, including helping out with my stuff when I was getting my photos done, and he helped me to navigate some tricky moments along the way.<br>I've also got to give a shout-out to Mark who helped me to get the sale over the line when we hit some challenges towards the end.<br>I felt very supported throughout the process, and both of these gents are very personable too, which definitely makes a difference for me - it's always nice to feel like a human, versus a transaction that needs completing. :)<br>In addition, I love that a portion of their fees goes to a great cause. I think that says a lot about the agency, and its people.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is selling their property. :)

20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I recently bought a house through Knight Frank and Camilla was brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>She was always friendly, responsive and happy to help, from the initial viewings and negotiations right through to completion. There were a few complications along the way, but Camilla was great at keeping things moving, liaising with the sellers and solicitors and making sure everything stayed on track.<br><br>Really appreciated her proactive approach and how easy she was to deal with throughout. A big thank you to Camilla for all her help, would highly recommend!
30th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We honestly cannot speak highly enough of John D Wood in Southfields, and in particular Jack and Chris, who were absolutely outstanding throughout our house purchase.<br><br>From the very beginning, they went above and beyond what we could ever have expected. Their communication was consistently excellent, they were always available, incredibly proactive and kept us fully informed at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whenever something needed chasing, resolving or simply a bit of extra attention, they were straight on it.<br><br>The level of service was truly second to none. They are a real credit to John D Wood, and we would go as far as saying they are by far the best estate agents in Southfields.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier in our new home or with our experience. We would recommend Jack, Chris and the wider team at John D Wood without a moment’s hesitation. If you’re buying or selling in Southfields, look no further. Thank you both for everything!

26th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)From the start communication was good and emails and phone calls were always responded to quickly. Rebecca was a very effective go between between buyer and seller and worked professionally.
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

James carefully arranged and oversaw all the repairs and preparation needed before putting the flat on the market, and he was always readily available to explain the many steps along the way.<br><br>As issues arose during the sale process, as they inevitably do, James was always there to guide me on how best to proceed. His reassuring and positive attitude, along with his calm and professional manner, made what could have been a stressful process much easier.<br><br>It is clear that James has extensive experience in the Earlsfield property market, and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful for all his help and support throughout the process.

The whole process is seamless, they are responsive and we felt completely at ease in their care from start to finish. Could not recommend Hamptons more highly, they offer above and beyond the high street agency at every turn.
