I have just recently rented a place with a friend from Brinkley's, the process was very streight forward. We worked with Charles who led negotiations between us and the landlord in a very professional and understanding manner. Amelia has also supported us throughout the reference process and answered all our questions in a timely and professional fashion. A very costumer focused business something quite rare to find in the industry. I definitely recommend.
No one turned up at the time of the appointment made only 2 days previously- when someone showed up 40 mins late- the keys didn’t work to show us around the flat. And then we were casually told that the other flat we were supposed to see was gone. Absolute waste of time taking an afternoon off work and no communication or help from them.
My partner and I recently bought our first property together and have been very happy with the support provided by Daniel Todd and the team at KFH. Incredibly incompetent and immoral
They lied to us about what was included in the house.
They lied to use about terms in the contract
It took them over a month to give us our parking space that we were paying for
They're are incredibly rude and hung up on me a few times when trying to resolve issues
It took them an unreasonable amount of time to return our deposit
They are entirely unhelpful
They refuse to give references unless you paid them £42
At the end of the tenancy they book loads of appointments to show prospective new tenants around but often cancel and do not tell you
They are not very nice people to deal with
I can’t say enough about these guys. Had an extremely difficult sale process but their responsiveness and hard work got me through.

if you are looking to rent your property and want it properly managed don't use John D Wood and their incompetent Countrywide colleagues as property management doesn't exist.
The service provided us with by Anne, the renewals manager who looked after the renewal of our tenancy agreement, was very professional and the whole process was smooth thanks to her support. Wish more agencies were like this. Best of breed.
My personal experience as a tenant for two years was pretty terrible! Multiple issues with the flat were left to get worse and worse including serious issues with mold and damp, they were generally incompetent (losing their set of keys, not informing us of viewings, repeatedly getting our email addresses wrong etc. etc.). When we moved in the flat was dirty and full of rubbish, which we were left to deal with. We asked to see the check-in inventory when we moved in and were told there was not one with this property, only for it to appear when we came to move out and they wanted to charge us for a check-out inventory (this was a fee our contract said would only need to be paid if an inventory was carried out, so we had not expected to pay this given we were informed there was not an inventory). We were accused of lying about never having been provided with it (in a number of very rude and aggressive emails) and we were also generally dismayed to see that the check-in inventory listed many of the issues we went on to report to them during our tenancy, including much of the rubbish that had been left in the flat, yet none of it had not been dealt with before we moved in! We were very unhappy with how we were treated and are surprised by how well reviewed Brinkley's are.
We were very happy with the service and can honestly say that they went above and beyond on our sale and purchase which I truly believe would not have completed without their efforts. I would highly recommend them.
WORST service from an agency. We have a back log of over 70 emails in the short time we took tenancy...about 50 of those within the first three months...all about maintenance issues that were/are ignored, forgotten about, presumable deemed as unimportant, etc. We constantly need to repeat information, complaints, etc., and why we were charged the ridiculous amount of agency fees is beyond comprehension and an absolute mystery. Will NEVER use any Eddison White Agency again. Highly recommend that anyone with a full time job, adult expectations of a paid service and no time to constantly repeat information in order to get anything repaired STAY CLEAR!
