From valuation, accompanied viewing and feedback, nothing was too much trouble, which culminated in a successful sale, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a provider of a highly professional service.

Will definitely not use- 6th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

They were excellent in all aspects of the sale from the initial valuation, communication throughout the process and quick in finding a suitable buyer.

She was professional, understanding of the complexity of our circumstances and worked tirelessly with excellent communication throughout the process which helped to provide us with reassurance and peace of mind. 19th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

While the details of the purchase ended up being a bit tricky, as someone who was working on behalf of the seller, Matt surprised us by how available, honest, genuine, and helpful he was to us, the buyers. Top notch communication organizing meetings with the sellers and always staying unbiased during negotiations. We are very grateful for all he did for us!

Within just two days of listing the property, they had arranged an impressive number of viewings, and a suitable tenant was secured within 72 hours. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceptionally well managed. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping me informed every step of the way, and their knowledge of the local market was clearly evident.
