23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.

From valuation, accompanied viewing and feedback, nothing was too much trouble, which culminated in a successful sale, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a provider of a highly professional service.

Will definitely not use- 6th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

This is the second time Jonathan has helped me navigate a sale successfully, he is honestly one of the most competent agents I’ve ever come across and I’m extremely grateful to have been able to benefit from his experience and calm demeanour throughout what is often a stressful period of time.<br>I wouldn’t hesitate in using Mays estate agents. They were excellent in all aspects of the sale from the initial valuation, communication throughout the process and quick in finding a suitable buyer.

She was professional, understanding of the complexity of our circumstances and worked tirelessly with excellent communication throughout the process which helped to provide us with reassurance and peace of mind. I highly recommend this estate agent and would use them again in the future if circumstance ever arose. Thank you! We are very happy with our new home.

19th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

Her communication was consistently excellent, and we never experienced a single issue. We even received a small welcome gift in the property, which made it feel like home straight away. I would highly recommend this estate agent.
