16th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property
29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

He tells you exactly how things are, gives practical and realistic guidance, and genuinely looks after your interests. His knowledge of the local property market is excellent, and you always feel that his advice comes from real experience and a strong understanding of the area.<br><br>He is also extremely proactive. Garry stays on top of things, keeps the process moving and follows up when needed rather than simply waiting for things to happen. He has always been approachable, reliable and easy to deal with, which makes a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.<br><br>After working with him for both renting and selling, Garry is definitely our go-to person for anything property related. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Tom was always efficient, very personable, polite and helpful, communicating regularly with us and giving sound advice and updates. He was very professional and highly effective in chivvying the buyers'solicitor when they weren't performing. We received outstanding service so Thank you very much Tom for all your care and attention to detail, and thanks also to James who did a great job for us whilst Tom was on leave. We highly recommend Sell It as they provide reliable, trustworthy and exceptional service.

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unprofessional and unorganised. Visited the property for valuation were advised to not put on the market as the market was poor. Went for alternative estate agents and sold within 2 weeks. Enquired to view a property advertised on Rightmove after 3 days called me in an unprofessional manner to inform me the vendor isn’t sure about moving. Property was removed off Rightmove. 3 days later received an email about the same property to arrange a viewing. But it was off the market?!?

23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Had a brilliant experience with selling my parents house with Spencers in Wigston. My first contact was with their sales valuer Mike, I found him to be very polite and professional, and was even respectful and considerate enough to take his shoes off when visiting the property (yes, sometimes it really is the little things that help to make a difference!) It took a little longer than we hoped to sell the property although this was in no way due to any fault of Spencers, it was just the speed of properties in general selling in our particular area and my reluctance to lower the asking price! We sold the property for a fair price which was very close to the asking price. I can 100% recommend using Spencers in Wigston and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole process went very smoothly with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Thanks very much to the Spencers team, especially Mike, Jo, Georgina and Shaniya.
