19th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Michal was my contact at Cunninghams and me being a first time landlord, he made it very clear how the whole process works, what I need to be aware of with the new legislations, helped me understand things that I wasn't so clear on with being a new potential landlord and overall represented Cunninghams very well. He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property
