8th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)They are the managing agent for the property I rent. I always find them polite, responsive and they get any issues resolved quickly.
14th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The property only had about 3 viewings in the whole time. ( about 4 months). They were very positive about the market when we set up the sale., although I do understand it might have been a difficult time to sell. When phoning there was often just an answer machine although they did get back to us quickly. No floor plan was done and some of the photos didn’t show the property in its best light. They were very pleasant and sent regular emails each week to update us.

My main dealings have been with Brooke; she is a very caring, thorough and professional young lady who will go far, and is an asset to the business. She has been very patient and gone out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond by coming out to show me properties on her day off at the weekend.<br>I then had communications with the owner Steve, and I could tell that he genuinely cared and wasn’t out to make as much money as he could out of me. He took the time to give me lots of advice and info; this greatly reassured me and I was most appreciative of this.<br>I am now looking forward to working with their letting team going forward.<br>I cannot fault the agency, and thoroughly recommend them.
6th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)I was forced to live with rats for months and would not sort the problem as soon as I left they put it straight back onto the market I see this property come up on the market every six months due to the same rat problem I’m guessing terrible company! The whole building needs destroying! Rats in every property! Tramps

10th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Brilliant agency to work with. They always gone above and beyond for us and supported us. We moved newly to Preston and they made things so easy for us. We highly reccomend this agency , If we ever have to move we would only get a house through them again.

20th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Edit- The attached is the current situation at an Eddisons property on Swan Street. Eddisons 'do not wish to spend such sums' on a BIN so there are overflowing bins all around the entrance, bags being torn open by animals and residents can't open ground floor windows as it lets flies in. Eddison's suggestion? I'll send emails asking people to keep rubbish in their flats until before bin day, and people don't as they want rubbish out of their homes. So the rubbish in the street. No lack of urgency or rigour in response. Eddisons response below is 'I suggest you contact your landlord.' The 'landlord' response is 'we do not represent all parties so we cannot do anything regarding the shared areas which is up to Eddisons.' As the attached proves, Eddisons are the management company.
