   The property only had about 3 viewings in the whole time. ( about 4 months). They were very positive about the market when we set up the sale., although I do understand it might have been a difficult time to sell. When phoning there was often just an answer machine although they did get back to us quickly. No floor plan was done and some of the photos didn’t show the property in its best light. They were very pleasant and sent regular emails each week to update us.... Read more

   My experience of working with this agency so far has been five star. My main dealings have been with Brooke; she is a very caring, thorough and professional young lady who will go far, and is an asset to the business. She has been very patient and gone out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond by coming out to show me properties on her day off at the weekend.<br>I then had communications with the owner Steve, and I could tell that he genuinely cared and wasn’t out to make as much money as he could out of me. He took the time to give me lots of advice and info; this greatly reassured me and I was most appreciative of this.<br>I am now looking forward to working with their letting team going forward.<br>I cannot fault the agency, and thoroughly recommend them....    If the care that they take with their business is anything like the care they take when driving in their cars, absolutely wouldn't recommend. This evening I had a Jenkins Estate Agents car try to perform a dangerous undertake as two lanes merged and squeeze in in front of me, behind the car I had already given way to. The driver then aggressively used their horn and proceeded to tailgate me. At the next junction the driver used the right hand lane (indicated for right turns only) to illegally go straight ahead in an attempt to cut in front of me. I wouldn't use a company whose representatives are aggressive, inconsiderate and dangerous. I can only imagine this is indicative of the service you can expect from this company.... Read more

   Awful and a complete waste of time, we were running slightly late because of really bad traffic so had pushed our viewing back to 5pm and arrived at the property a few minutes before hand, we went to see if someone was in the property but no answer so called the agent back to which they said "we waited till 5 but we're now back at the office so we'd have to rearrange" I was curious as I said to the agent it's actually 5pm now so how did someone stick around till 5? They then hung up ..... Safe to say I feel bad for whoever is selling that property as this is horrific service. I'm not best pleased that it took us 45 mins to get there to be let down. I will not be wasting my time with that company again... Read more
