23rd Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)???? AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. MORE RED FLAGS THAN CHINA. ???????? ???? I specifically asked Wayne if the property we were looking at had damp, which he said it did not. I have since learned that the flat was already a subject to a case with the Environmental Health (and so is once again). Wayne had no qualms lying to me about this, knowing I am Autistic and was specifically moving out of a property due to damp, costing me thousands to be in the same situation. **Further to your reply- That is also a lie. We can all see there is another one star review on here. This just reaffirms the fact that you are comfortable with lying, despite the clear and present facts on display in the photos. The public can decide for themselves. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID ????????????????????????
