19th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me. Several of my property's have also been sold by them with again being very helpful and always on hand to direct and advise. Thank youBismilla Property Ltd

26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Verbally confirmed that i had a room, awaiting move-in date/paperwork and then cancelled it on me 4 days later. Really helpful. Tina(director) dealing on behalf of her son so possibly conflict of interest in dealing professionally on the matter.
22nd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)LANDLORDS/LANDLADYS BEWARE!!!! Really poor experience from this company. Me and my family were looking to rent a property to which we were told we had to pay a years rent upfront which was around £23,000. Lorraine said you might have to dip into your savings? Imagine a renter paying £23,000 upfront in rent! We pleaded all different options, but all were a no based on the landlord according to Lorraine who wouldn’t even put us forward to the landlord Lucky escape for us, I feel sorry for other tenants but most of all the landlords, their properties are sitting empty due to the pathetic excuse of customer service. I understand they are providing a service for the landlords/landlady’s but they are also providing a service for tenants, which with them doesn’t seem like it’s even close to being important.
2nd Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)JR Sales Absolutely great estate agent !!! Local to me so I decided to use them . Lovely staff absolutely looked after me made me feel human very professional and no questions I asked made me feel that i could not ask them. And believe me I asked a few and especially as moving is very stressful !!! A big thank you to this family run business and even those who worked there who wasn’t family May as well of been. Everything completed we are super happy! A Big thank you to Sadie, Paul, Will and Marianne and even James who does the Lettings and was also really helpful if he answered the phone. THANK YOU TO ALL AT JR X

14th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them
