12th May 2026 (9 days ago)Zoe Napier advertising triggered multiple viewings. However the initial prospective buyers were matches for other styles of property. Once this was acknowledged Zoe Napier changed the advertising words, the pictures were already sensationally good. The right words triggered even more viewings, this time real perspective buyers for our property. Once the words were changed the valuation was spot on. A sales has been agreed and Zoe Napier progress chasing has been very effective. There are 10 prospective buyers waiting to see if the sale completed.

Their professional experience and great customer skills were second to none. All the team were always available to answer my questions and chase enquires when they arose often working outside their normal working hours The service they and their colleagues provided is second to none and been a family run business they are more than happy to go the extra mile that is often needed in the up and down world of selling a home. I am more than happy to recommend Lamb & Co to family and friends as the number one estate agents to go too for all your selling & buying needs on the Tendring Pennisula Nigel Tovey

16th May 2026 (5 days ago)Thomas and Oliver were very helpful. We met Thomas at the property and he was very professional informing us about the property the landlord and the surrounding area. The property was at our liking and we have moved to move in soon. Oliver was very helpful during phone call questions and treated us as customers and personalised the call. He and Thomas are very knowledgeable about the properties, area and contracts and informed us of the new tenancy regulation that the Government has introduced. Hopeful we will be happy in our new home, but we who have no concerns with enlisting their help again. keep up the good work.
2nd May 2026 (19 days ago)I sold my house through a separate agent, I was charged probably the going rate, I myself had to do the viewing, chase up and constantly phone them, it was like I was doing all the work, solicitors were the same take your money and offer no support, I bought through Peagrams, and after some initial confusion I went and spoke to them in person at there office, and from then on Amy took control of the situation, and at last I had someone who was honest truthful and on the ball, throughout the whole process I dealt with many people, none of them showed the same professional approach as she did, if I sell my house in the future would 100% use Peagrams, and would recommend to anyone as long as Amy is still there, a credit to your company, she deserves a pay rise.

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
21st Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. You can put all of your trust into them and know that they will do their very best to keep you at their best interests. Thanks again Yaxley Homes, we will definitely be using you again in the future.

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

20th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)All the staff at Blake and Thickbroom were professional, kind, caring, efficient and I had excellent communication with them throughout the sale of my late father's house. David Allis did the initial appointment and was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of all the local Estate Agents we had booked for valuations in the Clacton Area. He gave me confidence and was not at all pushy to get the business but was respectful and clearly had years of experience in the trade, Jack and Joseph kept me updated and informed at least weekly by phone or e mail, Paul was also instrumental in the smooth and efficient sale. Unfortunately I suffered another significant bereavement during the period of selling which could have hindered things due to the nature of the death and as I do not live in the area but the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful whilst efficiently dealing with the sale which went through quickly and without any issues, I bought and sold a house in the area where I live 2 years ago and I can honestly say the experience was nothing like I had with Blake and Thickbroom . I highly recommend the company .
