The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. Renting a new place can be pretty stressful, especially when you’re juggling everything that comes with moving, but he made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. He was always clear, detailed, and patient with every question I had (and I had quite a few!). Nothing ever felt rushed, and he handled everything with real professionalism and calmness, which I really appreciated during such a hectic time. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job and supporting you properly through the process. I’ll definitely be recommending him by word of mouth, but I also felt the company and Kurt deserved proper recognition here. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Highly recommended.
