My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. Thank you to both Scott and Lindsey.
7th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I am happy with Kidd and spoors services.<br>I am very unhappy at the double cost of being referred to Kidd and Spoor,<br>I find the referrer fee very underhanded,<br>As no one in their right mind would willing pay £420 x 2 = £840 to a third party.<br>Only used Kidd and Spoor as Mike Rogerson's representative stated we use these as its easier, not saying because I get a lovely backhander.
13th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)We had quite a stressful start to our selling our property but Gordon Brown were very good keeping us updated and chasing things. For the amount of times we were emailing and ringing they were extremely patient and was a pleasure dealing with the whole team.

From getting our house on the market to helping us through the buying process, they’ve always been helpful, friendly, and easy to get hold of. Communication has been great throughout, and we’ve always felt kept up to date with what’s going on. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. A huge thank you to everyone, highly recommend!

17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

A special thank you to Roger Gilbert, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always available to answer my questions. He made the process of getting my new home much less stressful.
