Amazing throughout the process of putting my flat on the market, extremely responsive and cordial, got me a great tenant at a great price. Also, only a few weeks after tenants moved in and I actually moved abroad, a nightmare freak accident happened at my property that required extensive repair. As mentioned, I live abroad but Landmark were there and handled it all immediately. If they were not there, I would not have been able to do anything. Can’t ask for better service! Would give 50 stars if I could.
12th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Excellent quality and reliable service. The manager( sanjeev bansal) is really awsome. We found a good house from him after searching around 20 agencies around for a month. All set for now and we are good to move in today! Thankyou so much sanjeev for your great help!????

The initial meeting with Raj was positive , reassuring and welcoming and they really care about managing your property and keep upto date. We are happy with the services from Raj and his team. Compared to other agencies where you are just a number the staff here seems to care about doing a good job. I highly recommend Woodend Estates for thei services for Renting, selling ,Buying or any other financial services.

3rd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. We are fortunate to have him.

He went above and beyond to address any specific questions I had for the landlord and ensured I got into the property on time when refurbishment threatened a delay. Highly recommended - a nice guy who goes the extra mile for his clients.

3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)This is the worst agency someone one could go to, people who work in this agency looks all decent and educated but acts inhuman, all they care about is money. They don’t provide required services at times and blame you for maintenance. Literally they made us evaluate wantedly and looted all the deposit money. When we try to approach they say it’s business. Worst of kind and very inhumane
