Darcey's commitment and care for me and my partner is above the standard, anything we were worried about or had any questions she was able to make us feel better and able to answer any of our questions. I want to also thank Katie alongside for the amazing support and was there if Darcey was busy. Thank you Darcey and Katie, if anyone was to ask where and who to go to on finding a property to rent or buy I would 100% recommend Darcey and Katie at Sunbury-On-Thames. I'm looking forward in settling down at our new property!??

4th May 2022 (2 years ago)A highly professional team that continually exceeded our expectations. We recently sold our property through Hamptons in Twickenham, achieving completion within 7 weeks of the first viewing. At every stage, they were exceptional. The team found and selected a number of serious viewers for our property and condensed the viewings into a few days to minimise the disruption to our family. They thoroughly vetted each offer and helped us to decide on the best buyer for us, then proactively managed the process right through to completion. The service was faultless and I would highly recommend Hamptons Twickenham to any seller, or indeed buyer.

17th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Contact has primarily been with Ian who has been excellent. Good local knowledge and with a shop front in Whitton High Street. The whole team are very personable and their systems are setup well to keep the seller informed of viewings. When it came to an offer we were quite quickly able to come to an agreement and anticipate a smooth process through to completion. To be recommended.

This was my first time buying a house, and although the process was difficult regarding the solicitors, Tredinnick & Bower held my hand throughout the whole process, patiently ensuring I understood ever stage, and working tirelessly to ensure that everything happened with as little delay and stress as possible. Their communication, support and overall professionalism were outstanding at all times.
1st Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Used Simple to sell a property after previously using a different Estate Agent and it like a night and day difference. They hired professionals to take pictures and within days of listing, we started to get viewings and offers. I dealt with Gurpreet and Harprit and both were good people. I would definitely recommend Simple to others based on my experience.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

10th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Difficult to find using Google Maps...always lead back to Terminal 3. Better to put in postcode via Waze. Kenny of Budget was very helpful and understanding. The rental car Peugoet 2008 is a good car for a long distance driving.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

14th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Had a terrible experience trying to view a property as potential tenant. The agent's office first called to postpone by 5-10 min as they were running late, I was fine with that, I was already in the area and didn't need to rush But when I struggled to locate the property in the area, though I was very close to it and couldn't find an entrance, they wouldn't help. Kept telling me off that other parties were able to locate the entrance so it's just my fault. I was on phone with them for over 10 mins, after which they said we are going to cancel my appointment because now I was late. They wouldn't connect me directly to the guy who was on site, a guy called Birju. We ran into him by accident and he initially refused to show us the property saying we are late. Took no notice of our efforts to reach him and our frustration, accused us of being rude, and that he wouldn't show us the property. His behaviour was downright obnoxious in front of women and children. This man shouldn't be allowed in a customer facing role. I didn't mind the property but have no desire to deal with Brockenhurst after this terrible experience.

Oscar was very professional, but also upfront and honest on all levels, he also seemed to have a 6th sense about prospective buyers and his advice always worked out to be the best. The charges are excellent and I highly recommend Ewemove !
1st Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
