8th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Simply the best. Dunhill have let and managed property for me for over seven years, now. I can honestly say the service they provide is excellent. Everyone is extremely experienced, very helpful, and utterly professional. In my years I’ve come across many estate agents and letting agents, a few good, many bad, but Dunhills are head and shoulders above all of them. They’re meticulous where it matters, and utterly reliable. I can’t recommend them enough
23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Ivor has been a nightmare from the start. I would not advise anyone to use this estate agent. He ignores requests, has next to no customers, constantly pushes very aggressively to get a seller to drop and drop the price so he can earn commission quickly. He is very unprofessional and made many mistakes when listing that I had to inform him of time and again. My advice Avoid!

9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

15th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Great service from Lizzi at Pearsons. Tenants found within a few days of putting on the market. Good communication and very prompt responses to queries. We are using their full management service and are very happy with it .

If we had any queries, however small, they were more than happy to help. They always provided a very humane touch to everything, and always made us feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the future, as they are very dedicated and professional.

On 4th day he still didnt speak to me but I was told the place was now under offer ???? - what a surprise! It costs nothing to be polite & responsive to prospective clients ????

Harrison and Jonny were fantastic with me and very helpful throughout the process. Extremely open and honest to the moment I collected the keys. From a would-be tenant's point of view, a very good letting agent to deal with, and to any potential landlord, I can vouch from the other side of the coin that they advertise and help the process very well. 5/5.
8th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)We asked Danielle Kelly to help us let our property. We knew nothing of the process or what to expect as it was our first time. From the get go we felt so comfortable, she was so knowledgeable, answered all 400 thousand of our questions, kept us informed throughout and is just such a lovely person to liaise with. I never knew the process could feel so easy. If I had 100 properties I would choose her every time. I really can’t recommend her enough!
30th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I had four different estate agents round to value my flat. Chris, from Bernards, said that he could take photographs during the valuation, and if I was to go with Bernards, he could put the flat up for sale as soon as possible. I called Chris after all of the other valuations and told him we were going to go with Bernards - which was purely because of Chris being pro-active! He put the flat online (and on rightmove) around 8 o’clock that evening! I had three people view within the first few days and the first viewer offered asking price straight away. I sold my flat in six days. Chris was very helpful ever since our first phone call and I was delighted my flat sold so quickly - meaning we could offer/purchase a house we had seen.
