I dealt primarily with Miriam who possesses genuinely excellent customer service skills, it is clearly a natural ability she has to interact with clients. She was proactive, highly communicative and understanding to my needs at all times. She is a true asset to this company. My interaction with her manager Bernice were equally as positive.<br><br>I also found the property to be well and accurately described online with no ambiguities (something which cannot be said for other agencies) and the detailed documentation and information received before and during move-in was helpful.

Would repeat complete sub par viewings, giving false or no information even though they had this written down. Had to change for feedback on more than one occasion. 2 individuals were completely awful to work with. Avoid.

3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)The Trials and Tribulations of buying a house ! ?????? Like all house buying, it started with a viewing. Paul came to Sudbury from Ipswich and showed us around the property. It had laid empty for around 3 years, probate and a couple of false " start stops" with various interested parties had left the sellers baffled as to why it hadn't sold. Paul was straight talking and showed the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, which really didn't phase us, I am fortunate to have some friends in the building trade and they provide some helpful guidance. It then got to the finger pointing, bun fighting, and at times comical and childish behaviour of the solicitors. I do trust that at some point in time AI replaces these butt wipes and makes it an easier transaction for house buyers / sellers. In the mean time Paul (Countywide) did a good job of pushing and pulling information to and fro and by some miracle we exchanged contracts and completed the sale in around 6 months. So thanks to Paul and the team at Countywide Estate agents, we ended up with the house of our dreams, a little weary and stressed, and in agreement this is it, we are NEVER moving again.

They were transparent about the process and Karen would always make time to speak to me when I needed to chat. The team at Grace also ensured I was able to get quick viewings at the property when requested. Both Karen and Lewis were very friendly and open, and I appreciate the time they gave me throughout the process.
5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Honestly the worst company anyone could go through, little man johnny boy tricker think he’s so brilliant puffing his chest out in front of my kids and partner (a female) while I wasn’t there, raising his voice and pointing his fingers (which we have video evidence), making my two young kids scared and cry! Very unprofessional we put through many complaints about the house and they just checked the jobs off as completed but never even came to do nothing! Then to top it all off he’s now trying to take most of the deposit through “carpet cleaning” which he’s well known for by the looks of things! I wouldn’t trust him with your personal data either because he happily gave us the actual home owners full name and address! We was paying for a 3 bed house for over 6months when environmental health claimed that one bedrooms was unliveable with all the damp and black mould but once again keystones and little man tricker done so little to help out and didn’t care one bit! We left the house and 4 days later it was up to rent, so nothings been fixed!!

Nicola and Joe are a couple to mention they made it feel a very personal experience and done a great job but thanks to the whole team - they made sure I was kept in the loop of everything and was supplied with solicitors information aswell. Made the process very easy
