1st Jul 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

14th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have been a tenant for almost 7 years in one of their rental properties in Harold Hill. I have never had a problem with them. They have responded quickly and very professionally to any problems I have had. I expect, or hope to carry on living here indefinitely?

Quentin and Romina, together, acted unprofessionally in false-fully conveying that the previous seller agreed to my offer and took my holding deposit worth £5000. All my texts and messages have been unresponsive.
