23rd Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

14th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)'Poor - Fair' doesn't really do this business justice. Appalling - Dire would probably be a fairer way of describing it. Terrible customer service, from both a tenant and a landlord perspective. City Property Consultants 'managed' our property and we found it almost impossible to contact them when/if problems arose.<br><br>Avoid. There are much better agencies out there.

5th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)After buying through Benjamin Matthews, we were so impressed by the service that we had no hesitation that we would use them again when we came to sell three years later. We're very glad we did as Ben and George made the whole process straightforward with their organisation, communication and helpful advice. Ben's sensible valuation meant we were able to sell quickly and despite the pandemic, move within three months. Like any house move, there were a couple of stressful moments along the way, but Ben and George were always contactable which made things much easier.

29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ian Jackson is a fraud. He knew my tenant is a fraud and claiming universal credit. There was an extra child living in my flat which I wasn't aware of. He is not answering any of his emails, messages and calls. He has possession of currently 10 months of rent money and will be more if my tenant doesn't move out. I am in the process of evicting my tenant but have no response. Everyone needs to report him to Report Fraud. He is no longer a part of Safe Agent and The Property Ombudsman said they can't do anything? How is this even ok? It is not ok?
10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The best agency anyone could work with in London! I have been with Castlereagh Properties for the past two years and all I can say was perfect service. All the agents, especially Louise, are always on alert if you need anything as a tenant. They have helped me with the move in and move out documents and all the account openings I need to have. Additionally, the agency always supports any maintenance required within the apartment. Truly amazing service, they made my two years in London unforgettable and super comfortable!!

Talked me through all steps of the way.wonderfull service and Company. As I said to Julie many times she's an earth angel ????
